EPOMAKER Ajazz AK820 Pro Wireless Mechanical Keyboard with TFT Display&Knob

i have used the keyboard for 1 year now i bought 3 for us at home, mine acted up and stopped working probably my fault from some shady usb wires or something ... I recently received a replacement keyboard, and I must say — I am thoroughly impressed. From the product quality to the customer service experience, everything exceeded my expectations. here is my 1 year review The keyboard itself is outstanding — sleek, responsive, and clearly built with attention to detail. Typing feels smooth and effortless, and the build quality gives it a premium feel right out of the box. It’s one of the most comfortable and reliable keyboards I’ve used in a long time. And with multiple connection mode make life so easy for phone and pc and gaming on it never felt better actually better than my glorious keyboard which i stopped using since i bought this keyboard ... there is tons of youtube review you can check and see how good the keyboard is it speak for itself ... But what truly sets this experience apart is the company’s customer support. When I encountered an issue with my original keyboard, the team handled my concern quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They didn’t just resolve the issue — they made sure I felt supported and valued as a customer. Receiving a brand new replacement without hassle and without pointing fingers who is at fault speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. What a nice keyboard. It's default keys are good for windows. Fir mac there is a switch, and I needed to swap between WIN buttin and left alt. Go for it, it is a good quality one.

The keyboard itself is very good and everything is fine with it. But when I try to add a gift to the mini screen I had to go through many steps to finally get it working. But I'm loving the keyboard tho ❤️

This is a very good keyboard even if stock, the sound profile is very nice and the switches are amazing! The RGB, volume knob and the TFT screen adds a very nice touch to the overall value of the keyboard. 5 Stars!

great value. great sounding keyboard. easy to connect. great build. no complaints at all. this is a slight upgrade coming from an rk61 blue switch keyboard. customizable LED screen too! be sure to check yt tutorial to change it to a gif.

The keyboard sounds creamy and very smooth to use. Although i didnt know how to change the time on the tiny screen on the keyboard. But overall it was better than i expected. Also the keyboard is not small, its medium sized.

والله انصح بهذا الكيبورد شكل جميل جداً واداء والشاشة خرافية جداً بس عيبه الوحيد واللي مايعتبر عيب يبغالك وقت عشان تتعود عليه كيف تشبكه وكيف تغير الGIF اللي بالشاشة لكن اسبوعين بالكثير وتتعود عليه

I recently bought the EPOMAKER Ajazz AK820 Pro. The keys provide a delightful tactile feedback, especially with the gift switch option, making typing and gaming a pleasure and a breeze. The build quality is robust, and the backlighting options add a nice aesthetic touch, especially with the customisable RGB colours to match the rest of my PC. Additionally, the ability to use quick key functions is fantastic, allowing for quick and easy changes in backlight brightness or media options (like play/pause next back, etc.). I also love the small screen detailing the time for easy viewing and is a standout feature compared to other keyboards! I have not tested the Bluetooth functionality or battery life as I use it with a wired connection. For the downsides - the keyboard is in a US layout not a UK layout (not a massive issue and my mistake for not reading the description properly). Also, the customisable software isn’t as advanced as other manufacturers like Logitech, it still serves its purpose. Overall, the Ajazz AK820 keyboard is an excellent choice for my needs (both productivity and gaming) as it strikes a perfect balance between quality and performance. I highly recommend it for the price (£55).

Très bon clavier avec une bonne autonomie, les touches sont plutôt réactive et un très jolis RGB avec beaucoup de réglage, un son très agréable aussi, efficace pour les jeux compétitif

Ho acquistato questa tastiera perché mi mancava l’esperienza di una meccanica, e devo dire che è stata una scelta azzeccata! Per il prezzo contenuto, offre davvero tanto, quindi merita pienamente 5 stelle. La qualità costruttiva è sorprendente: anche se il frame è in plastica, si percepisce che è di ottima qualità, risultando solida e ben assemblata. Un grande punto a favore è il fatto che sia hotswappable, permettendo così di personalizzare ulteriormente l’esperienza cambiando gli switch a piacimento. L’esperienza di digitazione è eccellente: i tasti sono comodi da raggiungere, il feedback è preciso e il suono della digitazione è molto piacevole, rendendo l’uso quotidiano un vero piacere. Un altro elemento che ho apprezzato molto è la rotella multifunzione, che consente di regolare rapidamente il volume, la retroilluminazione e i relativi effetti. Il piccolo schermo è un valore aggiunto perché aiuta a capire quale impostazione si sta modificando e, cosa ancora più divertente, permette di caricare delle GIF personalizzate! Io, ad esempio, ho inserito una GIF di Spyro che mi tiene compagnia mentre lavoro. Dal punto di vista della connettività, è estremamente versatile: si collega facilmente via Bluetooth, ma supporta anche USB 2.4GHz e connessione cablata, offrendo così diverse opzioni a seconda delle esigenze. La batteria è un altro punto forte: dopo una settimana di utilizzo intenso, ha ancora l’80% di carica residua, davvero notevole! Se dovessi trovare un aspetto negativo, direi il software di gestione. È disponibile solo per Windows, il che per me è un problema dato che utilizzo un Mac. Inoltre, anche su Windows non è il massimo: l’interfaccia è un po’ complessa e potrebbe essere migliorata per rendere l’esperienza utente più intuitiva. In definitiva, consiglio assolutamente questa tastiera a chi ha un budget ridotto ma cerca un prodotto di ottima qualità, personalizzabile e piacevole da usare, soprattutto in ambito lavorativo.
