This item arrived in perfect condition. There were no flaws. It is exactly as pictured and looks nice. Well made, sturdy, nice quality. I had read a prior customer comment about problems, so I decided to post that in my case, all was fine and I am pleased.

Chips easily and looks cheap
Its pretty at first glance but it came chipped and cheapy looking. Do not recommend.

Poorly made, not worth $100
I'd love to have a mackenzie napkin holder. unfortunately, i have to return what's delivered to me. Im not saying this is fake, but the quality is not what's expected from the brand and price. I have more than 5 Mackenzie Childs items, and the make of all those are not this poor. What I got has a lot of chips, really looks poorly made. This is not worth $100.

This looks nice on my kitchen island. It is well made and I like the small size. I recommend it to anyone collecting Mackenzie Childs. Their paper napkins are wonderful too.
