Survived Indian Street Food for two weeks
This stuff is legit. I took it with every meal while in India for 2 weeks. I ate everything that was given to me. I ate street food also. I didn't drink tap water but. Even with eating streetfood and many home cooked meals, I had 0 illness. It works period. I took it every single meal and it worked flawlessly.

Highly recommended to help prevent ruining your vacation!
These were recommended by our vaccine logistics advisor for our sarafi trip to Kenya, so we took them with us. Either we didn't eat anything that was going to make us sick, or else these worked like a charm! We took them as directed on the box WITH each meal, including meals both ways on the plane just in case, and we were never sick. (I've definitely had a few bouts of being sick during international trips, so I wanted to take no chances.) Follow the instructions and be sure to take right before eating, or while you're eating. They aren't designed to take after the fact.

It works great
I travel to Southeast Asia quite often ( Vietnam and Thailand) and almost every single time I ended up with at least 1-2 times with food poisoning. This year I planned well and took these with me. I and my wife passed 3 weeks without a single problem with the stomach. I took 2 pills a day with food one week before the trip and thru the trip Try it. We will definitely take them next time

Did not work for me
These did not work for me at all. Ended up with upset stomach, diarrhea, bloating, gas and nausea. Not sure if it was from the food we ate, the lactose in these pills, or something else. Either way, I'll stick to Pepto and Imodium next time.
