I would highly recommend FAST LYTE! It's an easy way to add electrolytes without added sugar or having to drink something overly flavored or sweet.There is a slight taste when I add it to plain water by itself, but when I mix it into coffee, smoothies, or other drinks and foods, I don't notice a taste at all. It mixes in easily and works great.I really like being able to add electrolytes to things I'm already eating or drinking without changing the flavor. Definitely something I will continue using!

This is a great find. It's all naturally derived from the earth, so it's pure, with no additives or fillers. It's also a great price, and has a very clean, salty taste. For me, it's easier to use than the drops of other brands, which tend to leak out of their bottles, and often clump up.I throw it in my shake, or into any dish that would take salt. When I don't use it other times during the day, I can easily add a scoop into my water bottle, which actually makes the water tastes better and it dissolves quickly.I emailed the merchant, asking how many servings per day would be best. The response was one serving per day, depending on what level of hydration you maintain. Also, they provide a scoop that measures out a perfect serving! All in all, this FAST LYTE powder is now my go-to for daily electrolytes.

Only takes a little to do the job. Great in preventing muscle cramps, in our opinion, on hot days when you haven't drank enough. dissolves completely. no taste if used in flavored water, and almost none in plain water. Worth the price. Meets our health requirements.

I got this because it doesn't have any sugar or fake sugar and needed an electrolyte supplement. It seems to be okay, but it's mostly just table salt, and so it just makes me thirsty. Not sure it's really repleneshing all my needed electrolytes, but my other electrolytes w/ stevia doesn't make me thirsty or dry my mouth after.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It has very little taste, which I actually prefer because I can add it to juice, lemonade, or even plain water without feeling like I’ve completely changed whatever I was drinking.A lot of electrolyte powders seem determined to make themselves the main character with an aggressively sweet or salty flavor. This one is much more subtle, so it’s easy to work into drinks I already like.It dissolves easily enough for me and has been a simple way to add electrolytes without having to choke down another overly flavored mix. Definitely one of the more versatile electrolyte powders I’ve tried.

This stuff is amazing. I used to only use electrolytes when I go in the sauna a few times a week, but I decided to stop taking daily potassium supplements and just do this every day. I've struggled with foot cramps for years, and am unable to do yoga positions like child's pose because of the severe cramping it causes. No more. The foot cramps are almost completely gone. And I have so much more energy in the morning after taking this.It also tastes very good for being unflavored, and is not too salty at all. It dissolves quickly in water, and I haven't noticed any other side effects from taking it. It's a very good value for the money as well, since you only need a tiny amount each day. This is an excellent product. Highly recommended with or without added sugar. Alone it has a slightly salty taste. When it's mixed with fruit juice, it may not be noticeable at all.I'm an endurance athlete and many electrolyte drinks have way too much sugar and too few electrolytes. This is the perfect solution for me because I can decide how much sugar that I need during the event or for recovery. I recently biked up a 9,000 ft mountain on a mountain bike trail. I burned 4700 calories on the event. I knew that it was going to be a brutal ride up the single track trail. I mixed one tiny scoop of this electrolyte mix with a 2 tablespoons of table sugar (26 grams) for about 100 calories of energy plus electrolytes. That was mixed in my 12 oz water bottle. I had 5 bottles for the entire trip. At the end of my ride, I had no cramps and did not have any muscle soreness the next day. This works!If you're an endurance athlete (running or biking for hours at a time), you should avoid stevia and other low calorie sweeteners. While they may be OK for weight loss, they are terrible for endurance events. The low calorie sweeteners trick your body into thinking that energy is available, when it is not. This can quickly lead to excessive muscle cramps and event ending fatigue.Bottom line, this raw electrolyte mix is perfect for high performance athletes that understand their nutrition requirements and can use this as part of their hydration routine. The cost with added sweetner is about $0.20-0.25 per serving. That's about 1/10th the cost of Gator drinks and 1/5th the cost of those little packets or tablets. Such a good deal!
