This is my second purchase of Essencraft Shilajit! This has given me none stop energy every single day and I feel amazing! Definitely need an extra one on standby just because it so awesome! This stuff is gold! I was skeptical when I first ordered this stuff (not to mention there are a ton of fake Shilajit out there in the market) simply because I have never tried pure 100% Himalayan Shilajit. Before purchasing Essencraft Shilajit, I did a lot of research, and upon receiving my first box, I immediately tried it the next day upon waking up and before exercising on an empty stomach to see if whatever I found on research matched with what I experienced. Truly, Essencraft Shilajit is 100% legit! ShiLegit to the max! It took less than 5 minutes after drinking a dab of this stuff to feel the clarity it gave my mind in the morning. The feeling is totally different from being on caffeine. There are no palpitations, but you can sense the rising energy that it gives you from within (mentally, physically), and it makes you feel super good! Like on a dopamine high! I will definitely keep track on how my body adjusts and physically improves my muscle endurance during training as the weeks go by. But definitely love this stuff! 5 stars! There is a tendancy for it to get very hard, next to impossible to get out of the jar, so I went to the manufacturer's site, where I found the process to soften it. What I did was to put the jar into some warm, not boiling water. The outside water was about 1/2 way up the jar and I put some warm inside the jar too, about 1-1/2 teaspoons for how much I had left. I let it sit for an hour or maybe longer. The water in the jar was absorbed into the resin, and it became much easier to scoop out. I have been using this product for about 5 months, & I have felt a significant positive change in my body. It is strong smelling & tasting, but I disolve it in my coffee. It works great for me.

Great product. Gives energy. Heals me. I swear by it! FEEDBACK: Having a screw on top is a problem. Once opened if the bottled is heated and tilted over time (travel day + flight) the resin can clog up the threads. Then it dries and it’s almost impossible to open it. Happened once. Cleaned it. Then it happened again and I ended up having to use a hammer to break the lid to open it! Screw tops with such a thick resin are just a bad idea. This is my 8 th bottle and not the first time this issue has occurred, Thanks for listening and keep up the wonderful work you’re doing!

I've been on the supplement train for years now, with first the ashwaganda, and lions main, etc etc. I'm loving trying this out. At first I was hesitant since the smell is strong (very smokey, herbal, almost tar-like) but after mixing it with some hot water (dissolves fairly easily) it didn't have a strong taste, so it was easy to take just plain. I felt energized and so far don't have any side effects. I'm a woman and wanted to increase my collagen production (rather than just taking collagen, since our bodies produce it, I'd rather have my body be strong in production), and the studies look promising. Along with the bone health, iron-deficiency, etc, all the other studies so far look great for this. I like that this is organic and came with some testing paperwork so it seems to be a clean/pure product. Overall happy.

After using shilajit for the past few years and trying different brands with the same out come, earthy tones from tastes to smells. This one has a smell of cow-patty’s and the taste is no better and I’m going back to my original. I’m here to say they are all different in taste, smell and quality. This brand says it’s organic and it is, because they are using cow dung, it’s the smell and taste, relatively the same. Since March 3rd I have been using a pea size amount once a day in my coffee like I have been since I started back in 2020. I was knocked off my feet when I opened the jar by the smell alone, and the taste is no better. I thought just get through the smell and you’ll be ok, Nope. As of March 28, 2026 @ 3:22 AM I’m done with this product and going back to my original that I started out with. I am a true believer of SHILAJIT. I cannot, and will not support, or give a good review for something that is literally just cow dung and I now have a stomach issue a that was caused by this product and documentation to back this up. Don’t buy. I just tried to summit without a rating and you can’t. This product and brand does not deserve a rating and if I was to give one, it’s a -5 stars. UPDATE: After writing this review I got an email from this company, stating they are going to give me a refund. I followed the steps for the refund just to see it was all a scam; I have yet to receive the refund. Please do not buy, this company as well as Amazon, does not care about their customers, it's all about your money and how much they can take and take from all of us.

I’ve been taking Shilijit resin for quite a while, but I began to worry that what I was using wasn’t highest quality, so I paid more to get this. I noticed the difference right away. The smell is more deep-earth, and it seems to dissolve much faster than what I had been taking. I’ve only been taking it for a week but the effects are just what I want. Great recovery from exercise, better sense of calm. Many aches and pains seem to have vanished, including restless leg syndrome.
