Too much vitamin b6 can cause permanent neuropathy, this multivitamin adds much less than most others I’ve had in the past while still having a whole lot of necessary vitamins. It isn’t hard to swallow and isn’t too expensive. Good all around.

Be aware of B6 Toxicity, I m experiencing MS like symptoms since I took this product foe long time. High doses of B6 can damage your nervous system little known by doctors. Please do your research before taking high doses of B6 vitamin.

This was a great vitamin. When I reordered, you sent me another brand (GNC). Why did you make the substitution?

I've used at least one other Solgar product, and have had good success with their product. It's usually a good value, and performs as expected. When given the opportunity to try this One Daily Men's multivitamin, I jumped at the opportunity.The packaging is clean and modern, the tinted glass jar indicates care is taken to protect the product and maintain the nutritional value. The capsules inside the bottle are clean, and virtually flawless. They contain a fine, uncompressed, white(ish) powder that should make these a certain to deliver the goods. I'm not sure how one relatively small capsule can be expected to deliver the stated nutrition, but I trust that it does. Compared to other such products, this one appears to be a superior formulation.I had no issue with swallowing the capsule, and noticed no adverse or unwanted effects from consuming it. I'm not sure this will become my daily multivitamin, but it's certainly worthy of consideration. I'll be sure to update this review should anything further be noteworthy.
