I’ve had this vegetable slicer for a long time, and it has been a great kitchen tool. I mainly use it to slice vegetables, and it makes the job much quicker and easier. It’s practical, easy to use, and very easy to clean. Even after all this time, it’s still in great condition. The material feels sturdy and durable, and it has held up really well with regular use. I paid a great price for it when I bought it. I’m not sure what it costs now, but it was definitely worth every penny. I would happily recommend it.

This is a great mandoline! It’s exactly what I needed to shred cabbage and lettuce. It’s also great at cutting thin onion slices - perfect for cooking French onion soup! And it also makes very thin carrot ribbons. Beautiful and delicious! It has a very wide surface, and it’s hand protection device (included) actually holds onto the food as you glide it across the very sharp blade. NOTE: I invested in a pair of level 9 food cutting gloves for extra protection and comfort. I also love that the hand-held shield grips the mandoline’s sides. This makes slicing more even and safer. The blade is not adjustable. This doesn’t bother me because of the great results. Another note: carrots will leave an orange stain on the white surface. After using, I immediately hand wash the board to remove the orange stain - avoiding the sharp blade in the process. I still wear my gloves when washing to protect my fingers. I highly, highly recommend! Delivery was fast and packed very well. 👍🏻👍🏻 This device definitely makes food prep much, much easier. It saves a lot of time. All this, encourages me to try new recipes and store fresh, sliced foods for ready-made salads. ❤️

The product works very well. Will definitely keep and recommend this product. Only wish the blade were adjustable. If you're looking for super-thin slices, this product is ideal for you. However, if you're looking for an adjustable blade for different thickness levels, then this isn’t for you. It cleans well and doesn't take up much storage. Blade size as I mentioned is on the thin side.

I was able to shred 6 pounds of cabbage in minutes. So fast! Slices so thin! Creates beautiful delicate shreds of cabbage perfect for sauerkraut. I wanted the thinnest possible and this product delivers. The heads of cabbage I used were small and by simply cutting them in half the shredder is wide enough to accommodate. Clean up is easy; swish it around in a little soapy water and rinse. The shredder stores easily anywhere. It doesn't take up much space at all. I love it and highly recommend!

This slicer is really priceless in the kitchen, making quick work of cabbage and any other veggies ran through it. I've never had any issue with this slicer, finding it easy and quick to clean, helps to speed up the preparation of any meal. I would highly recommend this slicer, just understand it's limitation sand idesigned range of function. I've not experienced any problems with this whatsoever, finding it a pleasure to use.

After a wrist injury, I was looking for a lightweight space saving mandolin shredder for shredding my favorite salad which starts with fresh finely shredded cabbage and red onions. This fit the bill perfectly. I’ve also used thinly sliced radishes, mushrooms, and cauliflower, and all worked well. In addition to using it at home it’s compact enough that I can bring it with me when we travel in the RV. It takes seconds to clean with a brush in the sink with a drop of soap. I’ve been using it nonstop for a couple of months and haven’t noticed the blade dulling yet.

This is heavy duty, Japanese Katana quality steel blades. It's also very sturdy. It cuts so thin that at first I thought it was not cutting at all and was about to trash it. It also makes a huge mess, but that's not really the fault of the cutter. It's not easy to use and takes a bit of work and patience because it cuts so little with each pass. Took me about 10 mins to shred a 4 lb head of cabbage. It seems to cut much better if you move from side to side rather then forward and backward. Also less tiring on your arm that way. Only used it on cabbage.

We are 100% happy with the quality of this cabbage slicer - easy to use, safe, high manufacturing quality - exactly what can be expected from a good product made in Japan. It will be great to have an alternative design with 2-3 knifes (this slicer has only 1) - that can help handling larger batches.

endlich ein Schneider, der wirklich sehr fein schneidet und einigermaßen breit genug ist. Wenn ich kleinere Mengen Sauerkraut fermentieren möchte, mag ich es auch nur super fein.
