Unhappy with some other wire grates, I thought I'd give this a shot based on reviews and I finally got a chance to use it. Where has this been all my grilling life? Heated the grill up to 350, spritzed it with a little olive oil and piled on some bell peppers, onion, and zucchini. Sprinkled a little garlic powder and more olive oil and they turned out perfect. Nothing stuck or fell through, it was easy to flip everything around on, it cooked evenly,and very easy to clean. Yes, there's a few slight discoloration/ brownish marks but that's to be expected with stainless. It also fits my 4 burner grill in either direction too. The only thing that could be better is if the sides were a little taller for when you have a larger amount but I'm ok with it.

This has turned into the ultimate grilling tool for me. I prep up the stuffs that can fall through the grille grates right onto it and then pass it off to the grille guy here at the house. Easy to clean, simple to store and even after multiple uses at high temperatures the integrity of the tray is still amazing (yay good metal) also of note - it does not detract from the flavor at all so yay.

This is my second one. The first lasted 7 years and this seems to be improved quality. No warping. Easy to pick up meat. Even cooking.

Good for fish and veggies on grill

Highly recommend this. Bought several BBQ tops at once and this one stands out. Such a simple tool but when built right, really helps simplify cooking on the BBQ. Versus other brands, this one is sturdy so it doesn't warp, good handles, and covers 1/2 the BBQ top so I can maximize cooking space.

I've used these trays several times now to smoke salmon on my charcoal grill. It's just what I was looking for to avoid losing pieces of the fish into the grill but still get the smoke (I used mesquite wood chips) and other charcoal goodness. The salmon comes out with a great, smoky flavor which makes it much better than just broiling it in the oven. The trays have not warped a bit despite the high heat and multiple uses. I use olive oil as suggested and cleanup is easy when we're done. We clean up immediately after cooking, so I can't speak to cleanup if you let the food dry on, but I have no reason to think that can't be cleaned up well either. I don't post a lot of reviews compared to how many products I purchase. I have to really like or really dislike the product to take the time to comment. In this case, I really like the product!

This grill pan is exactly what I wanted for my outdoor cooking. The vegetables that I cooked on it came out beautifully marked with grill marks. I started using it for the chicken kabobs but found that it was taking too long to cook. Clean up took a little elbow grease, with a brillo type pad, but it came out nice and shiny. Would definitely buy again.

I'm going to keep this grill because I did not want to keep using a previous grill with a non-stick surface, due to concern about the chemicals in the non-stick material. However, contrary to many reviews, it is NOT easy to clean. I just ordered grill cleaning 'stones' to see if they work better than the laborious effort to clean using SOS pads. It did warp the first time I used it, but after cooling it resumed its flat shape. It would be most helpful if the descriptions of the product online indicated the best way to clean the grill, or what to avoid in the way of oils or whatever that cause the grill to get black and brown 'stains' after grilling.
