– Haier 3D 60 Series 5 Fridge Freezer with Water Dispenser, Silver, E Class

If you’d told me I’d ever be happy with a 60/40 fridge freezer, I wouldn’t have believed you. My existing 50/50 freezer was always rammed to capacity, so the idea of losing freezer space didn’t sit well. But this model? Absolute game-changer. Freezer Space: Smarter, Not Smaller One of the biggest concerns with switching from 50/50 to 60/40 is losing freezer capacity, but Haier’s clever two massive freezer drawers turn that assumption on its head. Instead of the usual stacked shelves that waste space, these drawers allow for better organization and accessibility. Everything is easy to reach, and instead of feeling like I’ve lost space, I actually have so much more room. It’s like having two small chest freezers in my kitchen, but better, because there’s no need to dig through layers of frozen food to find what I need. Even better, there’s no “letterbox” style compartment, which means finding buried items is effortless. No more pulling everything out to find that long-lost bag of frozen berries. Instead, the deep drawers let me organize things properly, making it far easier to store and retrieve food without frustration. Fridge Space: A Welcome Upgrade Since I switched to 60/40, I now have a bigger fridge, which has been a surprisingly great perk. Another smart touch is the two drawers in the fridge. My son has always used the flatware drawer to keep his food separate, which meant our vegetables were stuck on a shelf…not ideal for freshness. Now, with one drawer each, everything stays neatly organized and fresh for longer. Beyond the brilliant space saving design, this fridge freezer is packed with features that truly elevate its performance. Total No Frost Technology: No more manual defrosting. This system prevents ice build up, keeping food fresh while saving energy. Air Surround Cooling: Instead of direct airflow, this technology circulates cool air evenly, keeping food from drying out. My Zone & Humidity Zone: Customisable temperature settings for different food types, and high humidity storage that helps fruits and veggies stay fresher longer. Direct Access Freezer Drawers: Sliding on smooth telescopic runners, these make grabbing frozen items easier while reducing cold air loss by up to 30 percent. Non-Plumbed Water Dispenser: Fresh water without the hassle of plumbing, which helps maintain stable fridge temperatures. Wi-Fi & AI Connectivity: The hOn app lets me control settings remotely, adjust temperatures, and activate functions like Super Cool and Super Freeze. Energy Efficiency (Class E): Uses 270 kWh annually (better than my previous model which was rated higher under the old scale), balancing performance and efficiency. Quiet Operation: Running at just 37 dB, it’s so quiet I barely notice it’s there. Again an improvement on my previous fridge freezer. Things to Consider While this fridge freezer is an incredible upgrade in terms of space and functionality, there is one drawback worth mentioning…the sides are plastic, not the same durable stainless steel type as the front. While the front maintains a sleek, premium look, the plastic sides are more susceptible to scratches and reflect light differently, which can make the fridge stand out in an unexpected way. Overall Verdict This fridge freezer isn’t just good, it’s flipping awesome. The economical use of space, the thoughtful drawer design, and the increase in fridge capacity have genuinely improved my kitchen storage. And with all the high-tech features, it’s not just functional, it’s a pleasure to use. If you’re considering an upgrade, this is the model to get, just be mindful of the plastic sides.

Waited months to review. It is good, value for money, no noise and fits well in my kitchen. No electrical or technical problems. Freezer compartment is spacious

Big fridge freezer with plenty of room 4 shelves and two draws in the fridge and two deep drawers in the freezer and a tray I had no problems with installation just unbox the item and slid it in two place it has two wheels under the fridge making it easier to move it is 86kg with all the packaging and will take two people to move it. let it stand for about 2-8 hours and then plug it in and you are ready to go the biggest problem I had is trying to fill it with food as it has so much space and two draws it has a super cool button which is great when putting your shopping a way . The only thing I would say is the WiFi is a bit of a gimmick and is unnecessary I don't use it but I can see why someone would .. over all the best fridge freezer I have used

First up.. the packing on this unit is designed to deliver it in one piece.. packaging is awesome., also the delivery team were top class. The unit, gets a massive 5 stars from me. The colour is really nice, the whole unit looks solid (and it is) and the overall craftmanship is great. They undersell it in a few ways, not least of all is the sheer size of the freezer draws (top draw = approx. 400x350x200 cm) (bottom draw = approx. 380x300x200 cm.) - why they do not give the sizes in their ads I do not know but I needed more freezer space and I got it, plus there is additional space for an ice tray in a sliding draw in the lower draw. The main fridge part is plenty big enough for me, though I would have been happy with a little more bottle space.. all in all, a great little fridge and the app is basic but functional. The controls are very straight forward and the 'My Space' tray is a great idea as it is an additional space that can be used at 0*c - 5*c and this is also very functional.

Lovely size inside, very efficient, definitely worth the buy, wish the left hinges were included, can't get it anywhere else , but it's amazing, freezer drawers and huge, can fit a whole sheep in it, 😆 food actually stays fresher for longer than our old one.

Im going from a Bosch 50/50 fridge freezer to this 60/40. This fridge is so much more practical then my last. The fridge is near silent and the different temperature for compartments is a game changer. My only issue is with the listing.. pictures show the fridge with a "rack" to hold wine/2Ltr bottles. THIS DOES NOT COME INCLUDED, YOU HAVE TO FIND IT AND BUY IT SEPARATELY. I think this is really misleading and on searching its cost about £50. So whilst the fridge is amazing, the false advertising leaves me unable to leave 5 stars

Great fridge freezer, water dispenser is simple but very effective. Love the freezer drawers rather inside pull out drawers. Can control temperature from the app as it is WiFi enabled.

I don't know where to start.... this is the second fridge in a week... the first one turned up with so many searches and the never connected to wifi and all my vegetables froze solid including the eggs ... I couldn't control the temperature through the app because the is absolutely useless and not even haier engineer's could solve the problem... the second fridge the wifi control panel wouldn't even light up. I feel so bad for selling my old fridge I just needed one with more space .
