I'm guessing this is like the recent PTM7950 phase change material. The advantage to this is it won't dry out and will resist pump out. Meaning I shouldn't have to bother with repasting ever.2 weeks ago I installed it in an am5 ryzen 5 7500f (7600 w/o gpu) with a thermaltake assassin. My idle/light use temp is 2c(42c) higher than ambient and max temp in games is 20c(60c) higher than ambient. Very acceptable since this CPU can handle 90cWas easy to install I put sleeve in the freezer for 20 minutes while I installed and cleaned the CPU. Took off one side of the plastic (of course the clear side peeled off first lol) and aligned over CPU and applied left to right like putting on a sticker. Lightly rubbed the surface a few times to help push air out and push it into micro cracks. Lifted the left edge and rolled the stuff that was not on the die with a blade then when it got to the die pulled the white sheet parallel with itself and came off smoothlyPurchased 3 originally because I intend to use on 2 gpus as well since idle temps have climbed up and figured I'd mess up at least once

Using this with water-cooled device, seems to do the job better than previous thermal-paste applications. Easy to install per instructions. No need to do the special refrigeration instructions as some reviews suggest. Used on Ryzen 9 7900X, and I did cut off about 7mm from 2 excess sides as I didn't see it necessary useful just sticking over the edges like that. Packaged nicely so it's not easily damaged in transport. Price was worth it and I'd likely buy again.

The pad is impossible to remove from the white film as it sticks to that film more than the clear one. The instructions say to leave the clear film on as you remove the white one but trying to do so damages the pad. I would not recommend this pad and would rather just use regular thermal paste. I had even put the pad in the freezer before applying it as other reviewers had stated to do.

This stuff works. GREAT GPU thermals. Took my 6900 xt down about 20 degrees when full boogie.

This pad works well but is expensive since it is single use. For the cheaper price, you can get a paste which is good for multiple uses. This is a decent option if you are uncomfortable with putting paste on yourself.

Tried this thermalpaste sheet because of thermal issues with my 13900k. Once replace thermal drop by at least 6 degrees great heat dissipation . It was so easy to applied. The price might be a little steep but it works great and the quality is great. They have different sizes including amd. I would definitely recommend.

I’m flabbergasted. My score in the benchmark Superstition went up to 15198 from 14100. The stability is amazing. Highly recommended. I noticed Thermalgrizzly sells their version for around $5 more. I think you’ll be fine with the cheaper substitution. I’m putting one on my rx6950xt next.

Après un ans d'utilisation (sur Gpu 7900xtx) je confirme l'efficassité de se produit. Baisse général de la température du GPU, baisse de l'écart de température entre le hotspot et le reste du GPU. Température max du hotspot a 86degres, je ne dépasse plus les 90 degre comme avant.

Ho aspettato un po' di tempo prima di scrivere una recensione, devo dire che non comprerò mai più pasta termica in vita mia!Questi pad sono eccellenti, sono passati diversi mesi da quando li ho applicati nel mio PC da gioco sia su CPU che GPU:Ho un r7-5800x raffreddato ad aria con un dissipatore a doppia torre, overclock a 5GHz e curve di undervolt specifiche per ogni core. Devo dire che rispetto alla pasta ho temperature più fresche di 2-3 gradi celsius rispetto a prima, il mio problema principale era l'effetto pump-out della pasta che mi costringeva a cambiarla ogni 6-7 mesi per mantenere sempre le stesse performance.Con questi pad ho totalmente eliminato il problema, anche dopo quasi un anno la CPU non supera mai gli 84-85 gradi sotto sforzo, in gaming sta sui 55-65 gradi, in idle a 27-30 gradi (celsius). Temperature che riuscivo a mantenere solo per 3 mesi con le paste termiche. In generale ho notato un miglioramento sia nei giochi che nell'uso normale del PC visto che adesso i tipici "spikes" di temperatura che hanno i Ryzen come il mio sono quasi spariti: quando si apre un programma ed il PC era in idle per tanto tempo, oppure quando ci sono dei caricamenti durante una partita a qualsiasi gioco ed altri tipi di carichi "intermittenti" come utilizzo di CPU (10% per qualche minuto, poi di colpo 80% durante un caricamento, poi di nuovo 15-20% a fine caricamento...), i 5800x in queste situazioni tendono ad avere picchi di temperatura di pochi secondi per poi essere dissipati dal sistema di raffreddamento.Ebbene con questi pad il salto di temperatura è molto più basso (mediamente 25 gradi in meno di prima), dal momento che migliorano lo scambio termico tra le due superfici metalliche la CPU rimane più fresca perché scambia calore quasi istantaneamente con il dissipatore. In questo senso ora mi sembra quasi di avere un sistema di dissipazione a liquido invece che ad aria, faccio pure punteggi più alti in qualsiasi test rispetto alla pasta.Per quanto riguarda la GPU ho una XFX Merc rx6750xt che aveva problemi di hotspot troppo elevato rispetto alla temperatura generale della scheda: le Radeon è normale che mantengano quei 18-20 gradi celsius di Delta T tra hotspot e gpu quando sono al 99% da diverse ore, specie nei modelli custom come il mio sotto overlock è normale arrivare anche 22 celsius di differenza... non era normale averne 35 con la scheda lasciata stock in pieno inverno, con qualsiasi tipo di pasta possibile in commercio!Solo con questi pad ho risolto, ho migliorato così tanto l'efficienza termica che ora, con il power limit sbloccato e la scheda in overclock piuttosto spinto, non supera mai i 62 gradi in piena estate, max 86 Celsius nell'hotspot solamente in rendering (mentre gioco sta sugli 80 solo nei AAA, tutti gli altri giochi hotspot mai oltre i 75 gradi), idle ed utilizzo desktop dissipato con le ventole completamente ferme anche d'estate perché mai oltre i 50 gradi!In generale ora posso usare una curva di velocità ventole gpu molto meno aggressiva e più silenziosa.Questi pad sono perfetti per chi vuole avere un interfaccia termica che duri anni prima di perdere efficienza, ci sono per ogni tipo di chip ed anche se delicati sono molto facili da montare. Quasi sicuramente ne acquisterò altri ho alcune console ed altri PC che tra poco sono da revisionare, prodotto consigliatissimo!

Great product.

I bought this thermal pad (heat phase) for my 7800X3D. It was more then enough and even left some part of the pad for another PC. Great performance right after the application. Under Cinebench the temperatures barely reach 80 degrees Celsius with my Noctua NH-D15. Cinebench would easily go to 80 and over with standard Noctua thermal paste. So this is now an improvement. Time will tell how long it will last, but longevity should be one of the high points for this product. Overall I am very satisfied and can only recommend it. The price is right, wil be buying more to have ready for other PCs.
