Arrived as scheduled and was a perfect fit and match. Fixed my problem of no cold air to the refrigerator (no issue with the freezer). The installation took roughly 40 minutes and that included removing the contents from the top shelf. The fridge works like a champ! Would buy again and recommend.

Who would ever believe that this little part keeps your freezer working, but it does, and it works perfectly.

super duper item and super duper easy install five screws three wiring connections and don't forget the temperature monitor antenna which I put inside the port from the air damper I don't believe there are any instructions but it's pretty one two three 10 minute job you don't even need to take everything out of the refrigerator just the top shelf it even comes with the adhesive that was on the original unit nice job refrigerator now cooling as expected

The original factory piece had much thicker plastics and appeard to be higher quality but this replacement worked as expected. If I were to do again I would order original parts.

Perfect fit!

I purchased the product for a close companion because his refrigerator was no longer cooling as it should. The product arrived on schedule and the technician installed the product just to see if that was the issue. The product fit perfectly. After about 24 hours, the refrigerator was still not cooling. This is when it was discovered that the refrigerator had to be replaced.

After a recent power surge our refrigerator of 9yrs old stopped getting cold on the refrigerator side of the fridge. Using a buttered knife, I fried open the damp on the old unit as the damper was stuck in position in the motor was toasted. However, this resulted in the refrigerator side starting to freeze.. After several troubleshooting videos on YouTube and trying to figure out how to replace this component, I pulled out my old one and ordered the exact same one listed here on Amazon. Everything was the same my original one that’s almost 10 years old all of the numbers part numbers everything matched to the new one. As soon as I plugged it in, it already started to adjust the temperature of the fridge and the fridge no longer runs nonstop like it used to. Which tells me that the damper was going bad long before the power surge. The total time it took me to swap out this component was about 20 minutes with the use of a 1/4” hex bit screwdriver to take out four screws. *Overall, great replacement part plug-in play the refrigerator works better than it did before!!
