Works well with Fire TV ARC Port, but needed to turn off DTS Virtual:X and Bass Boost
Update from a few days later: Unfortunately, although turning the Virtual:X to "OFF" did appear to eliminate the "static-y echo" from the rear surround speakers, I noticed that there was still a noticeable amount of sporadic "digital sounding" white noise from the rear speakers. I ended up returning this soundbar and getting an LG soundbar, but it had the same issue. I suspect my house has way too many sources of wifi/bluetooth and that it is causing any wireless rear surround speaker to have interference. I went as far as to try to turn off the 2.5 Ghz band in my wifi router and tried specifying multiple wifi bands on the router, to no avail. I ended up just keeping my LG soundbar but disconnecting the rear surround speakers. I wish that at least some of these soundbars came with an option for wired soundbars/woofer, to avoid this static. If I had it to do over again, I would have chosen a soundbar without wireless rear speakers. ----------------- Good upgrade from my old receiver. The eARC HDMI port works well when connected to the ARC HDMI port on 4-year old Amazon Fire 43" LCD TV: TV audio is sent to soundbar through the HDMI connection, the soundbar turns on/off when I turn my TV on/off, and I can adjust volume of the soundbar using my Fire TV remote. However, I had to adjust two things to get the sound right. At first there was a very low-level short "static-y echo" that I would hear from the back surround speakers whenever I would stop playing a video. I was able to resolve that by going into the soundbar settings and setting the "DTS Virtual:X" to "OFF" (it was "ON" by default). Also, I turned off the "Bass Boost" since I don't need as much bass as I was hearing.

Exceeded my expectations
So far the system exceeded my expectations starting with the small 6” bass it fills my room with out distorting obviously I’m not going to push it to the max because then it will but on level 2 or 3 sounds perfect. The sound bar and the surround speakers are excellent. Connectivity it was a breeze since I have a Roku TV. And the best is that if the system fails I have 90 days. A few days in and the rear surround speakers started to malfunction, requested to replace the surround speakers, I will update later

Great sound system
With the wireless surround and sub, it was an easy choice! The sound from this budget system is amazing! Connectivity is great! You can turn the screen off in front or dim it. Excellent!

This is a waste of $300
Junk. Will not pair to the subwoofer or satellite speakers. I install technology for a living. This is one of the worst systems I’ve ever encountered.

Best value for the price
I've been on a hunt for the best sound bar for value. I got this bundle from Hisense for less than $300 and it sounds as good, if not better than the TCL Q85H which sells for more than twice as much. If I didn't have more money burning a hole in my pocket, I would have stopped at the Hisense soundbar and been very happy. Now, the TCL Q85H is going back (don't buy that soundbar) and I'm going to get the Samsung Q990C for less than $900 in 2024 which I hear is amazing.

You get what you paid for
Easy setup. Ok for the price. You only get one single HDMI input so you’ll have to use an HDMI switch if you want to use more than one device. Kinda lame even at this price point. Difficult to find a speaker stand the way the back of the speakers is set up with the power cord in the way. Would send back if this weren’t so cheap.

Yuk
Sounds compressed and nasty. Actually sounds quite a bit worse than the tv did, only now it surrounds you.

Good system for the money
Sync's right up to my Hisense 65" U7K and one control works for most everything but keep the soundbar control handy for tweaking. Overall good sound, not much adjustments but fine for the money. Atmos effect is very good and a nice surprise. Sub-woofer had some pops when I received the unit and I contacted the seller thru Amazon and they had a replacement out that week. Great service.
