Great Quality Oil
The quality is great , the cod liver taste isn’t super strong but you can definitely still taste it which is great for me. It’s definitely easy to swallow, hold ya breath. My skin looks better to me , I don’t feel sluggish, I haven’t felt and pain in my chest and heart but I’ve started switching how I eat also. It’s helping with the flu. It's good
I like it. The taste is clean, fresh and not fishy at all. I find it a little thin though. The best ever cod live oil I have used is "Rosita" but at $70 for five ounces it is very expensive.

I like that it is in a glass bottle and the packaging was nice. Also with the lemon flavor, it doesn't taste fishy to me.

No fish taste, lemon flavor suttle but pleasant.
I take a tablespoon every morning. I find the lemon flavor to be a pleasant suttle addition , with zero fish taste, or after taste.
