Dynomax Super Turbo 17734 Exhaust Muffler

I installed the Dynomax Super Turbo 17734 on my truck and couldn’t be happier. The sound is exactly what I was looking for—noticeably deeper than stock but not obnoxiously loud. It gives the vehicle a nice rumble at idle and a strong tone under acceleration without any harsh drone at cruising speeds. Performance-wise, I did notice slightly better throttle response, especially at mid-range. The quality of the muffler is excellent—solid construction and clean welds, and the aluminized steel looks like it’ll hold up for a long time. Installation was straightforward, and it fit into the existing exhaust setup with minimal modification. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone who wants a solid upgrade in sound and flow without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for daily drivers and enthusiasts alike!

I was looking for a grumbly, but not annoying, exhaust to put on my '71 GMC c15 with a 383 stroker. I gave these Dynomax super turbos a shot and they sound awesome.

It’s the muffler you get if you want less back pressure and just a little bit louder than stock. This is not a super loud and obnoxious muffler.

A big difference compared to the obnoxiously loud Dynomax strait thru type mufflers. I had those on my truck and they sounded like glass paks, way too loud. These sound ten times better and not loud enough to make you want to drive into the wall.

These work well but there is a drone in the interior with a fully carpeted and mat

Put two of these on a 79 F150 with a straight 6. Header had two collectors, hence two mufflers. Tried Thrush glass packs, but they were too loud and raspy for this application. The Dynomax were loud enough to hear, quiet enough not to annoy.

Quiet mufflers and very flow

Very ugly, not as on photos. With welding spots vissible. Very ugly. Reduce sound level. But sounds like so.ething is vroken inside and vibrating.

i wanted a nice sound with better performance and ive been able to acheive this by matching this muffler with vibrant bottle style resonator 1792. this was put on my custom exhaust for jetta mk4, my only suggestion for this car is to get the one with center outlet or inlet. i have the muffler for a week now and is not loud but sound deeper and the sound is smooth. performance feel better and smooter acceleration. i defenitly recomend to anyone that is not looking to Wake up the neigbourghs but want a nice exhaust tone.
