I initially received the wrong colour of item. The company were fantastic, excellent customer service, responded extremely quickly, organised exchange straight away. I was kept up-to-date about delivery and the delivery itself was excellent. I was asked to check the exchange item which was exactly what I wanted. The delivery driver was careful, efficient and very pleasantI will definitely use them in future.The items (wall panel trims) are good quality and easy to handle and fit. They give a nice finish to my wall panels. Price is reasonable..

The worst slat panels on the market
I'm happy that i ordered a sample because these panels are terrible. It's a pressed sawdust which is covered with some film. The colour doesn't look natural and the pattern doesn't look like real wood.
