Good quality, looks like it'll last!
Very good quality although I wish it were a little longer. Handles are very comfortable. Doesn't really work well for some exercises compared to a rope - ie cable biceps curls aren't possible. Overall pretty good though.

I absolutely love this bit of equipment. It’s in my gym bag all the time and I use it for pull downs and facePulls etc.I get way more power power / strength / endurance because my hands are. I longer being ripped by the ropes

It works ok
It's just me with small hands i find it hard to grip comfortably. rubbing the skin between the thumb and finger. BUT it is less painful then the usual ball ended pull down rope. I can't grip them well either without crushing my pinkies. They do work, it's just I'm awward:-)

Met a guy in the gym with one of those, tried it, liked it. Somehow this one just feels better than the one I tried. On press downs my tris seem to burn quicker which tells me I'm really hitting the spot. I never work tris without this now. It's a really good buy.

Almost perfect
Much, much better than a regular triceps rope. Better grip, more comfortable, better on the wrists. Good value.Perhaps some small things they could have improved over a regular rope, like preventing the rope from going off center. But really nitpicking now. These are great.
