I liked this product at first, it was easy to change the bag and the app worked fine. But after a few months, the litter box started leaking out of the cylinder and into the base, which then smeared everywhere when it rotated. This was very, very gross and difficult to clean.The size and weight is good, but it doesn't often connect to the base correctly and grinds oddly, even when attached correctly. It also holds a very shallow amount of litter, the max line is very shallow. If you add more it'll just filter it out into the bag. One of my cats refused to use it just because there isn't enough litter within it to dig properly.In addition, the waste bag section does not hold much. I was changing the bag every other day with three cats. With the old litter box I had it would last a week between changes. It is however very easy to change and pretty hassle-free. The waste bin flap does however get stuff caked onto it.Lastly, the smell. It has an 'odor remover' function. It doesn't work in any way. You can smell the litterbox very clearly.It's not good value for money given the leaking, and we have gotten rid of it and opted for our old litter box instead. It clearly doesn't work in the long run and I'm super disappointed having spent the money and knowing there's no way I'll get a refund months later. It lasted approximately 4 months.

I bought one of these elsewhere but wanted to leave a review if it helps.Makes life so much easier, even though my Annie can sometimes leave a mucky residue, I just wipe with her special litter flannel, sweep up the litter and pop it back inside.It’s very safe as will not move if cat is near, and is. Front loader even if they did.Only issue I have had is when I ‘empty’ in order to clean I’m removing mostly clean litter. I just put back from the bag and refit the bag again.I would highly recommend, and bags can be obtained from a cheaper international retailer, just need to make sure you get the right size.

Avoid ! Never connects properly. Keep find yellow stains under barrel so leaks. The smell is aweful, the house stinks. So much for odouriser function. Cleaning every other day ATM. Not worth the money at all. Poor!

It keeps stopping mid cleaning cycle and u have to hold the auto button down manually until it completes the cycle. Need to return :(
