My Jiffy steamer is one of my absolute favorite things and one of very few items I can’t live without. I’ve had mine for 10 years and use it almost every day. So when the handle came loose from the hose, I was worried I would have to replace the whole steamer. I initially tried to fix the hose with tightly wrapped electrical tape, but the handle got too hot to touch and eventually came apart again (resulting in some painful burns when hot water dripped all over me). I’m so glad I found this part. It made my steamer as good as new again. I was able to remove the broken hose and replace it with this one in less than 10 minutes. After running the steamer for a few minutes each day, the hose is broken in and flexible. I only wish it were a little less expensive considering it costs almost half the price of a brand new steamer. But I am glad to know I can purchase this part again in a few years if needed.
