Food sticks and hard to clean
Not our favorite Le Creuset. Everything sticks to the inside even after lubricated with butter or avocado oil. This makes it difficult to clean!

Le Creuset never disappoints!
This is a great pan! I've made everything from cornbread to smothered chicken! I love the roomy handles. This pan is worth the price!

The best Le Creuset yet for easy everyday cooking
I have many Le Creuset pots and pans, but this is now my favorite. The size (quite a large diameter, with somewhat low sides--but nowhere near as low as a fry/saute pan) is ideal for everyday cooking. I use it pretty much daily, whether I'm cooking vegetables, steaming pasta, making dumplings, or anything else. I have some difficulty with my hands and elbows, which can make heavier Le Creuset pots difficult to wash. This one has the trademark Le Creuset heft--and excellence--but is more manageable for me. I highly recommend it. (And get the 11" Le Creuset glass top for it; it fits perfectly and hugely enhances the pan's utility.)

Worth it
It's a cast iron pan but without the trouble of maintaining the seasoning on the cast iron. A little dish soap won't ruin it. It cleans up easily and distributes the cooking heat well. And no worries about Teflon coating leaching into your cooking.
