I've tried so many different dry shampoos but this is my first non-aerosol dry shampoo. This keeps my hair looking cleaner than anything else I've ever used, and my hair is greasy within hours of washing usually. I apply it on a night and sleep with it in and it rubs in perfectly. I recommend applying it straight to the hair and not the scalp as it can leave your scalp looking black if you don't rub it in fully. Also, the minty scent stays in your hair and keeps it fresh! I just tap a bit onto my hair, and I've been using this for over a month and there's still over 3/4 of the product left!

I'd been looking for a non aerosol dry shampoo for a while..tried another brand (over priced, tiny container, and pretty ineffective), and decided to take a gamble on this one. So glad I did! The pot is a great size (I imagine it lasting ages), brilliant value for money, works fantastically well, and doesn't turn my roots white!The inner shaker is adjustable, so you can control how much comes out... it is very effective at controlling oil, and thickens my hair really well, making a big difference to texture and manageability... I only need to apply every other day, and my SUPER fine hair can last a week between washes.First rate.

I've used this for some time now and what I like the most is that you don't get any nasty ingredients on your scalp. The scent is delicate and very nice and it does the job.The application is a bit messy and it takes some practice to find your technique and amount of product needed. I've learnt that the best way to go about it is to put a small amount on the palm of your hands and use your fingertips for application; instead of directly using it on your hair. You can then build up the product as you need it. I then leave it for 2-3 minutes before brushing my hair. And you don't need much product so I think this bottle will last a long time.You won't get the results of mainstream dry shampoo, but I like you are not putting chemicals on your scalp.

The best thing about this for me was the lack of strong perfume - so many dry shampoos are much too powerful scent-wise. Other than that it did work a bit, but not as well as others I have tried. Being grey it leaves a mucky residue on scalp, and I also found it somewhat tricky to apply. Not planning to repurchase.

I used to use the bastise aerosol dry shampoos but stopped using them due to some ingredients causing cancer. I searched through so many stores for a non aerosol dry shampoo and found nothing until I saw this on Amazon. When it arrived I was shocked at how small the product was for the price but you really do not need much to do the job. I think this works out cheaper than the aerosols I was using since you don’t need much product. The dry shampoo is really soft and fluffs up my hair. Another thing I’ve noticed is that unlike other dry shampoos, it gives your hair a fresh look and feel without drying out your hair and it also gives you some volume. I would really recommend this.

Due to a medical procedure, I was unable to wash my hair for a short period or to go out shopping to buy a dry shampoo - so I thought I'd try this, because the reviews looked good and I could have it delivered.I also wanted a non-aerosol product, as I didn't want to risk getting it on the area of my skin that had been subject to the procedure.I can only assume that the people who gave it glowing reviews were reviewing a different product!First of all - it looks awful - the colour of ash. Maybe it would suit completely grey hair?Then, mainly because of the colour, it makes a mess. Luckily, I'd leant over a sink first time I tried it, as I had to wash the sink out afterwards.So much for getting a non-aerosol product to avoid mess...I felt it was easiest, in that case, to sprinkle the product onto my hands before applying it. It felt gritty and horrible, but I was getting desperate to try to freshen up my hair by now, so decided to go ahead and apply it to my head.It made no difference to the look of my hair - whatever else it does, it certainly doesn't have any cleansing or freshening effects!After one use, I binned the remainder.Useless product.

Do NOT know how this is getting such good reviews! This is not worth the purchase. I suppose it does what it says; makes your scalp less greasy, but it does it whilst making a mess in whatever room your in as well as leaving a white cast over your hair! It's a light grey colour and has an odd smell. It's not necessarily bad, but definitely not good either. The plastic twist cap is extremely hard to open, so thankfully it has a flip top in addition. Everything about it is messy. Until they can come up with a far better delivery system - and better colour for dark hair - it's a very hard pass for me.

Thin, stringy hair runs strong in my family: My mother had it, my sister has it, & I have it as well. We also have a history of having oily scalps, and when you combine a head not-so-full of hair & a tendency for an oily scalp, what happens is that you wake up the morning after a shampoo and your hair is greasy, clumped together, and your scalp shows through around the part. You look like a dirty, drowned rat & wonder what happened during the night that made your hair so oily! Doesn't matter if you washed it the previous morning or right before bed, you're going to wake up looking like Tim Robbins after crawling through that pipe in The Shawshank Redemption.There are a few things you can do about it:1. Wash & style your hair every single day.2. Get a perm (the chemicals dry out the scalp & adds volume.)3. If you don't want to wash your hair daily, find a product that keeps your scalp dry.I do not like washing & styling my hair every day (I'd rather sleep another 15 minute) and perms are expensive, so I usually go for option 3.1. Spray on dry shampoo: it doesn't work with thin hair & oily scalp - it just leaves a thick, greasy residue that adds to the dirty hair.2. A hat, but I can't wear them at work.3. Corn starch powder (so long as you're not allergic to corn products) or Baby Powder. These actually do work. I go for the corn starch because it is much, much cheaper & has no fragrance. But, both options are messy - the powder is very light gets all over & you look like Marie Antionette in a powdered wig. I put it on at night before bed, then maybe a little more in the morning as I'm putting on makeup, then towel off my hair. It may look a little dusty, but at least it's dry & adds a bit of volume.So I thought to myself, "Why don't they make a powder with some color to it?" Cuz the white powder, as I said, does leave some residue & you have to really scrub your head with the towel. Even then, I tend to have dry hands & lips & can feel the grit all day. Anyway, I decided to look on Amazon to see if they had anything, and of course, they do!I found quite a few products with colored powder dry shampoos, and read through the reviews. I chose this one. I felt the price was good & so were the reviews.I was not impressed by the small bottle (wish it were bigger), but people said a little goes a long way, so I tried it for the first time last night about a half hour before bedtime. Now, I'm not sure if you're 'supposed' to put it on before bed, but that's what I usually do with the corn starch, so I did. I sprinkled it on the crown of my hair & it looked like greyish purple powder. I went back to watch the end of my tv show, and after 5 minutes, I used my fingers to comb it into my hair like the instructions say to. Upon seeing myself in the bathroom mirror before going to bed, I smirked because it looked just like the corn starch . . . or so I thought.I wake up, and the powder was almost gone from my hair (it did not mess my pillow or get on my pajamas.) My hair looked perfectly dry & normal. The greyish purple had turned brown (on my scalp) and I did not have to use any more & had no dusty residue after I brushed & styled it, no dry lips or hands, no gritty feel whatsoever. I am VERY PLEASED with this product - a little does go a long way! There was a fragrance when I put it on (it was okay), but it was totally gone in the morning. I am so glad I took a chance. I am now a customer for life! Love it!

Easily the best dry shampoo I’ve tried. I think the first bottle I purchased was back in October 2023, and Im only on my second. A little can make a huge difference and I can make my hair last a little longer between washes (it can probably be longer depending on the person) 10/10
