I have 2 pets dur to which i bought the vaccum, i am impressed with it. Value for money and a must buy for someone who has pets.

Replace missing parts as unable to get full benefit out of it
The media could not be loaded. I had bought the Dreame vacuum cleaner on the 24th November 2024 and as I was out of station I got to unwrap it just today to see there is no rotating brush head accessory and also the charging socket with the cord. I request you to please do the needful asap.

Waste of money
The media could not be loaded. The product is a waste of money.It did work only for first one week.Later it is tough to move it on the floor.There seems to be some problem with the brush or the wheel.Tried to contact the customer service but of no use.They don't have any support system in India.They asked me to contact the seller.But not able to contact the seller.Now it is of no use and have wasted my money for nothing 😔

Beware! No warranty protection.
It does everything it says & is very powerful but who knows how we will get it serviced if it breaks down. Not good.
