Promix Nutrition Protein Puff Bars, Birthday Cake - 12 Bars

After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant. But I saw these recommended by someone reviewing “cleaner” protein bars, so I went ahead and ordered the birthday cake flavor, since that is the one the reviewer had tried. I really liked these! They are different from other protein bars I’ve tried, which is good, because I’ve never found on I liked before. I do not like Monk Fruit or Stevia or Sugar Alcohols, and was so glad that these do not contain those ingredients. The consistency of this is a lot like a rice crispy treat, but not as sticky. A fun change from dense and dry protein bars. It is light, sweet and crispy. I am delighted to have found this product and plan to order again in this and other flavors. It is easy to pop in your bag and go!

These were extremely disappointing. I ended up giving the rest away because they didn’t even slightly resemble a rice crispy treat. On top of that, the customer service experience was appalling. I’ve purchased multiple bags of the vanilla protein from this company, recommended it at my gym, to friends and family, and even to my 18k followers online. During their Black Friday sale, however, I received a clearly bad batch: the texture, smell, taste, and even how it blended were completely off. When I reached out for an exchange, the company flat-out refused. Rather than taking accountability for what was obviously a defective product (which likely cost them under $15 to replace), they chose to lose hundreds in future sales and all of my trust. To make matters worse, I received a dismissive email from their customer service rep, Sarah, implying that maybe I “just didn’t like” the flavor. Let’s be honest this wasn’t about taste preferences. The company knowingly pushed out a bad batch for their sale and refused to make it right. Very disappointing to see a brand treat loyal customers this way.

the birthday cake one is the best flavor.. a little expensive but for clean ingredients and fast shipping you cant beat it

these are good bars- however they came with signs of a rodent breaking and entering. the company offfered a refund and customer service was good but def would just recommend buying straight off their site

hands down one of the best protein bars i’ve ever had. it literally tastes like a dessert but the ingredients are AMAZING!!

Firstly, I really wanted to give these a shot, despite the low reviews and people saying it didn't taste good. I really wanted to believe they were exaggerating and it couldn't be that bad, but it truly is. Its so dry and tasteless, I would compare it to taking a mouth full of powdered milk, saw dust and adding vanilla flavoring to it. It was truly hard to get down, despite me trying very hard to see past the taste, it did not work. Its just not a good product and really needs some work. I cant speak for the other flavors but the Birthday Cake is just awful. Secondly, the photos listed say 0 seed oils, only to realize that's false advertising because these contain both palm oil and palm kernel oil. Disappointed to have realized that after purchasing.

Dry texture, which kind of ruined the taste as well. Nothing special here, I wish I hadn’t wasted my $35 but oh well. Recently I tried the Built protein puff bars, and those are much better tasting.

These protein bars were one of the best I’ve had. The birthday cake flavor was my favorite by far!
