A very good Millets nutiritous & a very healthy drink, sometimes I prefer having it instead of breakfast in morning with little organic jaggery with a bit boiled water add the siri dhanya millet mix, with milk as optional All of us do have sometimes as a best healthy drink, it is good in taste.
