I’ve been looking for a snack that really satisfies my sweet cravings without ruining my low-sugar diet, and this bar is exactly what I needed. It has a fantastic crunchy and chewy texture. I love that it’s packed with protein and has almost zero net carbs. It’s perfect to have on hand when a dessert craving hits but you want to stick to your plan. Highly recommended if you’re watching your sugar intake but miss having sweets!

These totally give me that nostalgic crispy marshmallow treat vibe, but with nutrition that makes them easier to fit into my day. At only 90 calories with 11g of protein, less than 1g of sugar, and 1g net carbs, they’re a fun alternative when I’m craving something sweet. They have that familiar crispy texture and marshmallow flavor I was hoping for, and the individually wrapped bars make them easy to grab on the go. I have ordered these several times and they have become my go to protein snack. Unfortunately, this company like so many others has committed the cardinal sin and changed the recipe and they are not good. What an absolute bummer.

I am on a subscribe and save for this item one box a month, and really do enjoy these as an occasional snack. However, over the last several months the size and thickness of the bars has decreased dramatically. Yes, the bar sizes do vary some within an order, but lately the size of the bars has gone down so much that today I unwrapped one and it was less than half the size as what they were when I first started ordering them (very thin and much smaller in length and width. ) I checked the other wrappers in the box and they all appear to be the same size. It feels like the company is cutting costs and that's understandable- but the value is greatly decreased and it now feels kind of like a rip off- especially compared to other keto low carb snacks on the market. Still a tasty snack but not a great value.

I love these, I just wish they were a little cheaper. They’re great if you need something a little lower carb, but you’re craving a snack. They don’t taste or feel like Keto.

These marshmallow krisp bars are really tasty and satisfying. I love that they have 10g of protein and only 90 calories per bar. The texture is soft and chewy with a nice crispy crunch. They are a great option when I want something sweet without too many carbs. I will definitely be buying these again!

I unwrapped the Krispie treat, quivering with excitement. The reviews of this Keto treat were playing through my mind: “tastes like the real thing”, “so delicious!”, “feels like cheating “. I couldn’t wait! I raised the bar to my lips, bracing myself for the sweet chewy taste. I bit into it, ready for the dopamine explosion about to hit my body from the long deprivation of sugar. I chewed; it was just the right texture! I tasted……(brakes screeching, confusion mounting) ‘What the h-e-double hockey sticks!?!’ Gag…sputter…. I asked myself: “Do I swallow or do I spit?” More confusion, growing sadness. I decided to swallow. Gulp. The lingering chemical taste on my tongue, the bitter disappointment was almost too much to bear. As I reached for my water bottle to wash away the remains of the “manna from heaven that really came from the other place”, I asked myself, “Did those other reviewers lie? Why would they do that?” “Maybe their tastebuds died?” “Maybe in the diet despair, they tricked themselves into believing this ‘sinless’ treat was delicious?” I cannot explain the phenomenon of rave reviews for this treat. It will always remain a mystery to me. 😞

They are really good for a sugar-less snack. It feels like the original one. You don't get that carton like flavor that comes with most protein bars. Size is perfect not to small. Switness is on the point (at least for me). Overall the quality is above other brands.
