Found a LEGO set I somehow missed, and this was a fun, quick Technic build. I don’t do a lot of Technic-style kits, so it’s a nice change from traditional LEGO builds. It adds a different kind of challenge, but it’s still very enjoyable. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, as expected from LEGO. One tip—these Technic kits can be a little tough on your fingers. There’s a lot of tight-fitting pieces that require some force to snap together. If you have weaker hands or sensitive fingertips, you’ll definitely feel it after a while. The LEGO tool (brick separator) is a must-have if you plan on doing more Technic builds—it makes things much easier.

Great value for the price. Cool car with features like moving pistons and twisting body to handle rough terrain. However, it was a beast to put together. My 8 year-old found it extremely challenging and I ended up building it while he kept me company. My non-technical brain was stretched and my fingers are sore, but the end product made him very happy. Buy for your child with the expectation of needing to help.

We gave this as a gift. The little boy loved it! He had a great time playing with it! He has a lot of fun with it.

Has kept my 8 year old engaged for hours. He can do it by himself. It’s just the right amount of challenge for him. He is an advanced learner.
