Definitely non stick! I am very happy with these. They take up very little space and wash up well. My recommendation, read and fillow the care instructions. Yes theyre dishwasher safe, but low temp. I hand wash. Gradually increase heat and always use oil. My only question, if anyone knows, is are the lids also oven safe?

I waited to write this so I could actually cook with these a while first. By far, the best pots and pans I have ever owned! I am NOT being paid for this review. I’m 72, so I’ve owned LOTS of pans. 1. Super light weight and stackable. They freed up an entire drawer in my kitchen. 2. Handles are brilliant! Removeable! I saw some folks said they had issues with them….i have had none. 3. Great sizes. I did also purchase separately (same brand) pasta pot. That does NOT go in oven, but I don’t need it to. 4. Oven, freezer, fridge, stovetop, dishwasher safe. 5. Sooooooooo easy to clean. 6. No coating to flake into food. 7. Great price 8. Attractive HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very good product

I love these pots! They're non-stick and not just saying they are and a few weeks later they're burning stuff. Easy to store and very versatile, I can use on the stove top or oven and that gives me joy seeing as I just moved and don't want to be spending money on baking pans right now. Overall I love everything about them.
