I bought this product due to the fact it contained probiotics along with supplements that help with stress. This did help with my mood and I have found in the last month of taking it I have been sleeping better, able to concentrate/less brain fog, and I didn't even have PMS anger this month (LOL!). I take this in the evenings with dinner or a snack, so that may be the reason it has helped me sleep.

These worked great for me & my 8 year old! I took 2, regular dose. He took 1 as recommended by my doctor. Very helpful through stressful times. Some drowsiness did occur. But not enough to affect the day. We both took at morning and at bedtime. Always helped sleep great.

This with a combination of a couple other things has helped my 8 year old son out tremendously. He has alot of behavior and focusing problems

So I scoured the internet for something to help my 7yo with his extreme emotional outbursts at school that often led to self injurious behavior. I found Dr. Formula which was exactly the natural solution I was looking for. It had all the supplements and herbs I had found in my research as well as a probiotic which was great cause my son has issues with constipation as well. I give him one capsule in the AM before school and I mix it in yogurt or pudding (which he prefers) and it's been less than a month that he has been taking it this way. I got a call from school today telling me how well he did in class where normally he would have had a meltdown he was able to not only not get upset but able to shrug off his normal frustrations about not being able to do the activity as well as he thought he should be able to. He has even noticed a huge difference in how he reacts to things and to me that literally means the world to me. I will continue getting the Mood Boost for as long as he needs it because it has definitely made a huge impact on how he copes with life's daily frustrations.

NOT THE SAME FORMULA! I have purchased this item 19 times for my pre-teen. The original formula is a great blend that they say has been clinically researched for mood health wich included St. John's wort, GABA, 5-htp, chamomile, magnesium, B vitamins, and probiotic Bacillus subtillis - obviously mood boosters that really help. The bottle I reordered - advertised as the SAME product - and just opened, however, has NONE of these ingredients except some B vitamins! It still has the same name, picture, and order number, but a dramatically different formula of D3, zink, carnitine and probiotic "bifidobacteria". Please read the label! Not sure this is trustworthy. I will not be buying any Dr. Formulas products again.

I bought this to try with my teenage grandson, was hoping to lift his mood. I researched a lot and liked the combination of ingredients in this, but when I received my bottle, the probiotics were different than shown and described. I really wanted the ones that were advertised, but I guess I'll try this bottle for now and if they help, either order another, hopefully getting the listed probiotics, or try something else. Results TBD

I cannot recommend these enough. My daughter just turned 8. She has adhd and has been struggling a lot with moodiness and VERY irritable. We went from both being in tears every day, to zero tantrums/episodes. Adhd contributes to the emotional ups and downs and I was finally at the point of asking for medication. However, this supplement has seriously changed her life (and mine!). She is calm, sweet, and happy again! She takes the capsule with water with no issues. I give her 1 in the morning and 1 after school. You can give both at the same time though :) I added an omega 3 capsule a few days ago just for overall health benefits- not sure if it will make any additional difference. *Highly* recommend!

It might sound a little extreme but for me this mood boost formula is Life Changing! I started taking it only a week ago and was skeptical. I expected it to take awhile to start working. Immediately after the first dose, I felt much calmer. The racing thoughts of anxiety and nervousness I usually have slowed down. I feel like I can relax my mind. I dont feel groggy and sleepy like perscription meds. I will not go without this from now on! Im impressed with the results and have had no side effects.
