Sturdy but not too heavy
Very durable material. The right weight for do it yourselfer. Good price for the size! Highly Recommended!!

Great product
I bought 2-rolls of the 10-mil version, 10'X100' and it's plenty thick, but I'm putting over some Black vapor barrier, maybe 6-mil. I wrapped the cinder block post and tapped them closed. Laid the White side up and tapped all the joints flat. Bought 2-rolls of the 6" tape for the sealing. The tape is fantastic!! Sticks great to the new vapor barrier. There's an area when you open the crawl space door that's 11'X7'. I paced an individual piece of vapor down and then ran a 40'X10' over top, because this small area will be used as storage for tools and wanted to be sure the gravel underneath wouldn't poke through from being repeatedly stepped on. I closed and sealed off the crawl space vents. With that and the vapor barrier down and sealed I tell a big difference in the humidity level, going down. There was some very light mildew on some of the beams, so I mixed 1/2-cup Clorox and water in spray bottle and went through and treated the offending beams. Would highly recommend this product.

Bright and clean
So far so good. Brightens up the crawlspace and makes it look clean. I have to do a few more finishing touches. The only downside when rolling it out is the white side is facing out. So, if you want it white side up, it gets a little bit dirty.

Quality product with one drawback
This is a quality product. I nearly have one roll completely laid. I would buy and use it again. My only complaint is that when it’s unfolded, the black side is up. It’s a big pain to somehow flip the entire piece over (or reverse unfold it) in a crawlspace. Syria up dust and stone, lots of reworking an already cumbersome project. Seems like a minor manufacturer fix to fold it so the white is up for the unfolding. I’m not looking g forward to 2 more rolls of that. Otherwise, no complaints.

Better than paying $12,000.
That’s the price they gave me—12 grand to put down plastic under my house. I even offered to pay for the materials! I know it’s not an easy job, but these companies tend to take advantage of people needing crawlspace work. The guy told me it would take 4 people 4 days to get it done. Well, I did it myself in 3 days. Okay, my wife helped me straighten it out in the yard—ha! Bout wore me out, but it looks great. The material is strong. The 12 mil is perfect for me—cuts easy, but it won’t puncture easily. Here’s a tip: open it all up in advance. I learned that the hard way. Don’t even bother trying to use three perfect pieces; just buy extra seam tape, and it’ll look good. Turned a $12,000 job into a $500 one! I bought staples, too, but only used about 12 before I started taping. Also, get some good lighting down there—it makes the work way easier.
