SAKARA Sleep Tea, 20 Bags - Herbal Tea with Chamomile, Passion Flower, Valerian Root, Catnip, Lemon Balm & Lavender

Love it! It has a mild flavor (like most rooibos teas). I drink tea throughout the day, usually this one mid afternoon, and the Sakara water supplements morning and night. The tea and the supplements inspire me to eat cleaner (than I already do).

I love Sakara and have tried their meal program (which is fabulous), but I cannot live without this tea. I drink it at work and have at least 2-3 cups a day, and I'm feeling better than ever. It really does reduce bloat and curb hunger while also giving me an overall feeling of wellness. I also love the refreshing taste.

I am obsessed with Sakara Sleep tea...one or two cups a night is all I have needed to not only just be able to fall & stay asleep but also to feel relaxed & refreshed the next morning. I always end up getting the best amount of sleep and I cannot live without it! 💜🙏🏽

I love the taste so I enjoy drinking it. I don’t think it genuinely does much for detox. That being said I am not a dietitian by any means so maybe it all works on the inside and I just can’t see it.

I am a fan of Sakara Life products. They are a trustworthy brand and always know that their products are made with the most integrity and best quality ingredients. This digestive tea is not only tasty but soothing to stomach.

The taste was fine but the packets are so small - there are plenty of other options of relaxation "sleepy" teas for $4.99 that are still organic etc.

This tea does everything well. When I drink before bedtime I get slightly drowsy (which is really all I expect or want from an herbal sleep aid) and it also tastes great! I love the aroma too. Very relaxing!

Can’t speak to the results yet. Seal on the box was broken.
