Works perfect without any issues. The king cable make sure that we can have the solar panel and the lights kept at a distance . I was having trouble previously with my lights where the panel was on top of them lights and the positioning of the light meant that not much sunlight. Really good material of construction and really robust. Was easy to install as well. Great product to have. Great sensors and light shine as well. Thinking of getting another one for the back garden as well.

Nice lights, nice & bright. Hubby fitted them. You would think it was such a big job if I listen to him. Maybe he could read the bloody instructions save a lot of shouting & showing off. 4 screws slot in not complicated. Men- everything is hard work if you ask them to get off their bloody phones to do a little DIY. Anyhow they work nicely and are a good price. I might buy more just to pee the hubby off 🤣

I am a man and as usual I always look at pictures and think that will do, no complicated stuff like women think of, I was sold on the pictures and a video, so imagine my suprise when the small box arrives, and the cute little light that resembles a mini version of the pictures and video I had looked at lay before me, being a man returning it wasn't an option so as I needed light I fitted it, with smug suprise it works well, ease of fitting was four holes, sensor is very responsive and it's bright, so although the pictures and video make it look massive,the fact that it works, it's bright and functional, so i don't think that size matters at all in this case

Bought this a while back and only doing review now. WS easily installed, you can put the solar panel where it will get most light, a good long flex then place the light where it's needed. In my case that wasn't near bright sun. I'm amazed by how bright the lights are, the end ones can be turned so you get excellent light coverage. I'm delighted with it. No need for an electrician.

These without doubt are the best solar powered security lights i have ever bought. So much so that I have now got 2 sets. Provided they are installed sensibly, they'll give many years of service

Having just put these up today I thought I'd write something about the experience which was generally good even though I would not buy them again or recommend them. See below. The good was limited to how easy they are to put up. The plastic brackets are slightly 'V' shaped so the light or solar panel only go into them one way, but once inserted click into place satisfyingly. That's it for the good part. The major problem I have with these lights is that they are designed to work outdoors and so should be properly waterproof and sealed so that water cannot possibly enter into the casing and wreck the internal electrics. These are not. This is a simple quality control issue, which was easy enough to spot because I bought a pair. One was OK and the other was not. The problem light's wire's sheathing had come adrift from where it enters the casing to the solar panel. This allows water to get in. I solved it with a generous blob of glue to seal the hole, but of course I only did that because I spotted the defect and knew enough to hopefully prevent the problem before it happened. I also dislike two other things about these lights: There is no way to charge the internal battery independently of the solar panel - which would allow you to give the battery a top up during the winter months. The only way you could do it would be to take the whole unit down and point a bright light at the solar panel. This strikes me as ridiculous! Secondly while the 5 metres of wire between solar panel and light is generous, it is also absurdly long for many situations and it would be good if there were a straightforward way of cutting the wire to the correct length - well within the competence of anyone who can wire a plug, especially since the voltages involved are very low. The LEDs are very bright - the motion detection remains something to test and I will update this review positively or negatively accordingly. I am concerned that the LEDs are so bright they might not last very long being entirely reliant on British winter sunshine to recharge the battery. The whole unit strikes me as cheap and 'throwaway' and they would have been returned for poor QC and design if I hadn't needed them for a specific project. I would not recommend them and would not buy them again.
