I was a little worried about buy this, I use the immersion blender 1-2 times a week to blend up 50lbs of dog food, this includes a whole pork shoulder, vegetables and grains. My previous blender I had to do it in batches and took 10-15 mins to do everything. This blender, I can do everything together and it takes no longer than 1-2 mins! The blender is super easy to clean and I love that it breaks down for cleaning and storage. The only thing I found that makes less easy to use is the safety features when turning it on, you almost need to be a contortionist to press buttons and switch things. That said a few times using it I got used to the process. Great product, I hope to have it around for many years to come.

I’ve had this now for a year, and it works just as the day I bought it. I’m a professional soap maker and cosmetic chemist, and this does not produce any air bubbles into my products and soap batter. Powerful and shockingly not super loud. I’ve put this this through the wringer with the amount of soaps I make.

I never write reviews- especially bad ones but this is not worth it. I had for only a year. It would stop working after 6 months. The first time, I sent pictures to prove it was not working. They sent a part to replace it but it took weeks to receive the part or to get an update. The second time I sent pictures, same thing happened. However this time, they said I could purchase a new one for 20% off.

**The image is a replacement they sent that's stronger than the product I originally bought!!**I originally bought the 500w (this listing) one for my dad to use to make sauces for his restaurant. The product works great! I would suggest buying the 750w since it's stronger if you are thinking of mixing more thick sauces, it might overheat this one more frequently and shut down (to cool). But if you're not mixing thick consistency things, then I believe this will do alright! Fiy, we were making an oyster sauce mixture and peanut sauce if you need a reference for what consistency this 500w blender can handle. Overall it does the job and they're super kind to send us a new and stronger one at no cost and let us keep the current one! I'm so moved!! Their customer service is really friendly and patient with me even when I didn't reply for months because I didn't see the Amazon message notifications/option.

Product works great for my restaurant. We had an issue with the motor recently, I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon, and was sent a replacement within a week that works perfectly. The service alone is worth it, but the blender itself is a wonderful tool that has become essential to our daily operation. We use it to mix homemade sauces and dressings, and I could not be happier with my purchase.

This commercial immersion blender arrived intact and in new condition, well protected using custom cut foam padding inside of a branded box that was inside of a generic box. The instruction manual seem unnecessarily complicated, utilizing mainly adequately worded English. There were a few very detailed diagrams, including an exploded anatomical diagram and a circuit diagram. The blenders feels tightly built. It has a good bit off power in it. I do have one concerning issue. There is a safety button that has to be pressed to switch the unit on. Then, it can be locked in the on position by pressing the "lock" button. When I did this, I had a hard time getting it to unlock and turn off. It'll take a little getting used to but I can see that being a problem at first. Overall, I recommend with caution.

I have a wiring blender that will blend it and mix my juices for one hour which is what I require for our elixir. Gingartum Is comprised of cold press, roots juices juices that Contains a lot of heavy brains and have to be blended for an extended time while we are bottling to get it in the bottom of each bottle.
