Only time will tell about the vitamins and how effective they are. But they look very good, sound like there the business and clearly branded very well. I have purchased other supplements from nutrition geeks which I have found to be very good. There are great value for a full year's supply, really small and easy to take, so far so good. Apart from...the packaging looks great, really smart, but in my opinion a bit rubbish! Looks the business but practicality wise could be much better. Yes they are resealable, but there fiddly to open, seal shut again and stand up, but maybe theres a reason why all the competitors use little tubs with lids? Couldn't count how many times the packaging has fallen over before ive sealed it back up and ive had tablets everywhere! Just something to be mindful of.

Note: raising blood levels can take months, so consistency is not optional. But the tiny form factor makes them easy to swallow, so they don’t feel like a hassle to take. I would advise undergoing a blood test before starting, and retesting after a few months. Does what I need it to do. Nice and small tablets. No side-effects and don't taste like anything.

Good packaging. I should have read the dosage, this is rather high. I took these for a few days and noticed stabbing pains lower in stomach area and constipation / generally feeling weird. Have stopped taking them and will see if things improve. May see my doc if it persists... ( I bought these after seeing vids online saying about boosting immune system for the winter etc...yes I know, rather dumb where I am normally perfectly healthy...!)
