Mito Red Light Therapy Glasses - Eye Protection for Red Light (600nm-900nm) - Goggles

I used lighter glasses before, but the red light was still too strong for my eyes. These Mito Red Light Glasses really helped by blocking the stronger red light and making sessions much more comfortable. They fit well, are easy to use, and make it easier to enjoy red light therapy without eye discomfort. A very useful accessory if the light feels too intense for your eyes.

True black lenses. They fit well and I feel they will be more protective than the goggles some people are using. These aren't sunglasses but true blackout lenses and the red light therapy sessions in these glasses will be more relaxing as I won't be so worried about eye damage.

I wanted a way to protect my eyes during red light therapy but I don't like blackout goggles because they tend to be uncomfortable. These are great! I got the extra dark version and they aren't completely black out but they make the red light way less intense which is great. These fit well and are comfortable. Affordable too!

They work well I have light colored eyes and they provide the protection. I was looking for. They are very light and comfortable.

Returned this immediately—it doesn't just block red light, it blocks ALL light completely, turning your room pitch black like a cave. No subtle filtering for targeted wavelengths; it's overkill that makes it useless for anything but total blackout, at which point just grab a cheap sleep mask instead. Waste of money for false advertising on "red light blocking" when it's basically opaque cardboard. Steer clear unless you want zero visibility.

Perfect for your Kala IR/NIR. I can stare directly into the light without squinting. But please don't do that.

Glasses fit well and protected the eyes from infrared light, but since I returned the light, I had no use for the glasses.

I’m so glad I got these red light glasses for the Total Body Enhancement machine at Planet Fitness! They’re super lightweight and really comfortable. My eyes feel completely relaxed and never tired or sensitive afterward. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my eyes are fully protected during red light therapy. If you use red light therapy regularly, these are a total game-changer and 100% worth it!

I like that they wrap around, and the block out appx 90% of light. I can see my phone and surroundings while wearing them a bit. I wish they had a panel over the top for extra protection from overhead light, but overall good and solid brand for protection.
