Nice scent, ‘natural’ ingredients, but very watery and does not rub into the skin easily. Disappointing.

Love these lotions for just about everything.Alaffia for some reason does not provide instructions on opening the pump. Per AI, you must:first screw the entire pump mechanism tightly clockwise onto the bottle to create friction and leverage. Once the base is secure, press down firmly on the pump head and twist it counter-clockwise (to the left); it should click and pop up into the open position.I'm not quite sure why the mechanism needs to be this complicated, but it made me send a bottle back because it was not opening. I am not sure if did this procedure correctly or not at this point.Still, the lotion is fantastic, yet I wish there were zero preservatives. It is done for safety reasons I guess. Other than that it is very high-quality lotion.

I have been using Alaffia EveryDay Shea Body Lotion, for several years and I am very happy with the results, on my skin, which had been very dry and itchy. The texture of my skin is now very smooth and feels great. I love the lotion and the lavender scent.

One of the best lotions that i have used. Leave no residue. Skin feels soft after application
