Perfect cookie every single time!

I make cookies for friends and family and am constantly busy with an order. I can do most of the rolling by feel, but when I'm tired it can be hard to stay consistent with the thickness. With this rolling pin there's no struggle. I save so much time and effort. This should have been a purchase years sooner! Highly recommend and will be a gift to fellow bakers!

This is a real sturdy, hardwood roller. The adjustable height rings work well. Only drawback is that when you use the rings you can only roll out dough as wide as the rolling pin. I’ve used it twice but maybe there is a way to do it that I just haven’t figured out yet.

Happy with it

The wood material does feel abrasive and not smooth. The measurement tools on the side are very useful and come off easily. The side is also expandable if you take the sides off.

I ordered 2 ease of cleaning, perfect for dough or cookie dough. Great product.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. She has bad arthritis in her hands, and not only does this cut down on the amount of time for her to roll out cookie dough, she has told me that her cookies bake evenly now, because the roller does the job it’s supposed to - rolls the dough to an even thickness.
