I took the Basic Pranic Healing class before reading the book, and I recommend you do so as well. Being a skeptic of some of the theory and claims made by energy healing modalities the class allowed me to experience both being healed and performing healing, an ability I had no idea I had. Reading the book AFTER taking the class allowed me to ignore the things in the book that I was skeptical of and which would normally have dissuaded me from this healing modality. In essence, when I read something in the book that I was still skeptical of I simply ignored it, because I KNEW Pranic Healing worked for me whether or not the item in question was true or not.

Mind blowing how much information and detail and all the study and time put into this book so that someone can easily understand and apply right away! Just mind blowing and super grateful!

If you're interested in healing yourself and others, I recommend this book. However, in my opinion, this book is not complete without training in qigong or other energy work. Again, in my opinion, before a person can heal others they need to heal themselves. In order to do that one must build up their energy (qi, chi, ki, prana, etc.) . Like using H2O2 to add oxygen to the body to a point it gradually pushes out disease, by making the body unfit for disease, so too is the energy level of the immune system to be charged up and the bodies battery charged to a very high level. I beleive this book is very useful once a person reaches a high level of energy cultivation and has control over the emotions and their health. This book is not recommened for the beginner. beginner's may want to try out Reiki instead.

This is a how do book by MCKS. So well explained, no nonsense, to the point, and answered so many questions I had . If you are a healer from any lineage, method of any healing arts, you will benefit from the knowledge contained in this book. I wish I had this book twenty years earlier. Wonderful gift to humanity.

This book is fascinating! With a very practical approach to energy healing, it brings an absolute demystification of the subject.The language is very clear, from the start it gives us step by step exercises for testing all the concepts as they are presented and the healing protocols are amazingly effective. This book is a must for anyone that have kids, anyone who wishes to take care of their family and friends and to gain more control over their own health!

This book has sooooo much in it! I've now taken 5 Pranic Healing classes. It has changed my life. This book is a tremendous gift to humanity!Follow up review - now its been 1 year since I started Pranic Healing. I have now taken 8 classes. It continues to change my life. I'm so grateful for the blessings of Master Choa Kok Sui! May his teachings help everyone!
