Clearly Loved Pets 27" Tall Large Lucidium Pet Pen, White

I am so pleased with this pen! I have had my rabbit's pen in the most frequently visible and central location in the house. This pen is so much nicer to look at. I consider it a piece of furniture, not a pen. This pen is great for my rabbit. She gets more space than a standard exercise pen because she can't move it. In the "before" picture, you can see I had to use cable ties to secure lengths of PVC pipe to the pen and place hand weights to keep her from pushing the pen into a new shape several times a day. She also won't jump over it. Most rabbits don't do a straight jump out of a pen. They typically jump into a corner, get front and hind paw holds on the wire and then climb over. With this pen, there's no way for a rabbit to get a "pawhold." Since the walls of the pen are solid, hay, etc. stay in the pen and don't end up on the floor outside the pen. The 27" makes it easier to reach into than the standard 30" wire pen. The pen is very high quality. I had thought that slits had been cut in the aluminum tubing for the acrylic panels. No, the tracks where the panels go are part of the tube. The tolerances for the holes to secure the panels to the pipe fittings were spot on. Any of the times I thought there was a tolerance problem getting the bolt through, it was because I didn't have the panel fully seated or square. I've assembled a lot of RTA and IKEA furniture. I found the assembly easy and the instructions clear. It did take me about an hour.

I cannot say enough great things about this product and the customer service, but I'll try! Firstly, my puppy absolutely loves this playpen. She can easily see out, and I can easily see in to monitor her as well. It's beautiful and chic and because it's clear, it lends to an openness which creates the illusion that it doesn't utilize the space in which it actually does. Also, and most importantly, my puppy is not able to climb out and escape. This is her first and only playpen, but given her tenacity and determination, she would definitely find a way to climb out of most other playpen models. Lastly, customer service is absolutely stellar!!! When I had a question concerning the playpen, I was contacted speedily and the representative/owner(???) was extremely helpful and did so with a very pleasant tone in his messaging communications. My field of work is Human Resources management, so this effort is recognized and much appreciated!!! Pros: Sleek and good looking and great size Cons: For the price these might have been dealbreakers for me - the 'door' can only be configured to be on a left corner, the door piece comes assembled with corner attachments installed, at first i thought it was no big deal thinking i could just replace the corner attachments with straight attachments but removing them voids the warranty -The door has a pole that lifts up so you can walk into it BUT its so awkward how it lifts up, it lifts up and to the side, it cannot be removed and it feels like when its lifted its at risk of breaking if left in that position -it is not easy to move or switch around, the 'buttons' that hold the pieces together need to be perfectly aligned and screwed which makes it time consuming and awkward to move things around -it only comes with enough parts to configure it in one or two ways, i wish it came with any extra pieces to add more flexibility to how id like to arrange it not to mention it doesn't come with any extra pieces in case a bolt is lost or an attachment is broken or damaged All in all it probably not worth the enormous price, the price might be worth it if it didn't have my first two Cons but these obvious and inconvenient design flaws are terrible considering the price

This is my second pen. I have one for my prairie dogs and one for my ferrets. This is the only pen my little escape artist haven’t escaped from.

Very well made product and very high quality as well. The product is exactly as shown in the company web site and very stylish and pretty as mentioned. The assembly may not be very complicated but is not as easy and fast as other dog crates. The price is high but I honestly think that it adds value to the house when comparing to those ugly and cheap made pens. It does not come with a roof which for me is unnecessary once you`ll keep it inside your house and the idea is to not create a box kind of pen. If you want to put it outside I would not recommend it once I don`t know if material would support weather conditions and after mounted the pen is not that easy to move (it is light but not easy to handle due to the size). You can mount it in 2x6 composition or 2x2 or 1x6 so its very versatile. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because if for some reason your dog (specially males) pee on the side panel the pee will get in between the panel and the lower bar because that`s is the way the pen is mounted. So if you want to clean it you`ll face challenges using papers to drain the pee from the spot where it is. Another option would be to dismantle the pen but it would be unsustainable once the way that the pen is made you need to dismantle almost all of it to take a panel off. Overall the product is very good and I would recommend it if you want to have a safe and not that ugly place to put your dogs in.

Wonderful pen. Bought for my ferrets. Bought 2 to have a big enough roam room for them. Only problem was one of the boxes had parts missing. Called the number they provide not expecting someone to pick up, it was late at night, to my surprise they did and they apologized and said they would send the missing parts priority mail. Will update speediness of this. The one I put together was so easy to put together. It looks amazing! So clear!! One of my animals has already walked into it lol. So glad I bought this!! Highly highly recommend!!
