If you read the sizing it says buy for prepregnancy size so don't over kill and go to big because it is roomy!! I bought a size small in top and pants, am 5'8" and 150 at 32 weeks, and they fit very comfortably. I can't stand tight clothes while pregnant so I didn't mind the extra space. Otherwise they are very soft and comfortable especially for a reasonable price! The pants are a little baggy in the crotch but the top covers the awkward area.

I usually wear a small, but at 26 weeks my normal scrub bottoms were cutting in when I bent over or sat down. I figured maybe I had gained weight in other places along with my belly so was worried a small in maternity wouldn't fit. I found I have no reason to worry...even with my thighs and butt alittle bigger, these fit great with room to grow the next few months. They don't look frumpy, either. The only thing that bugs me is the pant leg openings fit like a flare leg, but it's a stupid detail when it comes to comfort in nursing. It's no joke.

I am 5’4, 150-ish lbs, 5 months pregnant. I wear a size small pre-pregnancy, 128lbs. These fit big, are too long, and the fabric attracts a lot of lint. A size medium would be clearly way too big. Not sure if a smaller size would work though due to the cut/pattern. Found myself pulling these up over my belly a lot at work and I have a big belly for the month I am in. Also, the amount of pockets is disappointing. Overall, product is okay for the price. It did not leave any marks on my belly and was not itchy.

Ordered Small based on reviews. So I’m 5’7, pre pregnancy 135 lbs. now 147 lbs at 23 Weeks Pregnant. Baby #1. My legs are a little larger than the rest of my body, kinda pear shaped. The length was perfect with shoes which I was concerned about since most scrubs are flood pants. The belly is stretchy but not like motherhood maternity pants stretchy. It’s thick too, not thin like spanx. Pretty sure I could have gotten away with a Medium?? But I’ll probably have to order that in the future weeks. According to reviews you swim in the mediums so I didn’t order them. The fit is very flattering, so is the color. I usually wear Heart & Soul brand scrubs but these will be a good maternity swap.

This pair of pants are so comfortable! The band is very soft and comes up high to really stay on. I am 5’2” 125lbs pre baby weight and the small fit perfect. I am typically a small pet/pregnancy. Currently I am 25weeks pregnant and there is room for my expending belly. I will say that I washed them before the first wear and that might have helped shrink them some but not a ton. I did have to hem them as I am short and I didn’t know how the petite size would fit, but I did expect that before I purchased them.

I am 5’5” and I bought 2 different sizes Small and Medium to try them out. Unfortunately none of them fit, medium was like a large size and the length was for a person who is 6 ft tall. Small size fit me good but again the length was too long!! I don’t understand how they manufacture different sizes with no consideration of length. Plus the material wasn’t good either. Soooper itchy and uncomfortable. I am in my 6th month and I lost my cool when i had to try both sizes and return them then! Not recommending this scrub wear at all!

These pants were super big on me! I was 155 pre-pregnancy, 5’8”; currently 25 weeks and haven’t gained much yet, but these pants are enormous. Bought a size small after buying and returning mediums, just too big. The pant leg is enormous. The belly band is comfortable but slides down if anything is in your pockets. I just find it ridiculous that even ordering a size smaller than usual is still too big.

As soon as I got these I had to write a review. They are SO comfortable I may wear them after baby as well. I'm 5'6 and 120 pounds pre pregnancy and the small fits great all over. They stay up well without being too tight, have a cute flare leg with slit for shoes, and are flattering and comfortable in the butt and thighs. Not too tight, not too baggy. Just perfect! I'm 27 weeks now and should have plenty of room to grow as well. Other reviewers mentioned a baggy crotch area. This is true, but if you fold the belly panel under your stomach it disappears.

Comfortable over the belly and not restrictive anywhere.

The fit is humungous. I had to return it. I normally wear a small on a different pair Cherokee maternity scrub pants so I ordered small for these, but for some reason they fit like a medium around the waist/belly and the legs fit like a large. Like a pair of baggies. I was about 6 months pregnant and didnt think I'd grow into these. The feel of the fabric felt similar to my other Cherokee scrubs, which is soft and durable.
