I have a 35" inseam, and scrubs are super hard to find in a long length when not pregnant. These are the ONLY ones I have found that are long enough and maternity, and I love them. The elastic waist is full panel and very comfortable, though as with all maternity pants if you weigh down the pockets you'll have issues keeping your pants up. I read other reviews stating to go down one size, though my pre-pregnancy size is x-small so that was not an option. They are big on me to be sure, but not ridiculously so. They did not stay up on their own when I first started needed maternity scrubs, but folding down the panel did help. I wore a belly band (and still do) over them and with that extra support I had no problems with them staying up even in my first/second trimester. Now I am 34 weeks along and still wear a belly band (for comfort, not to keep them up), and they continue to fit well. I am very happy with the quality, comfort, and length of these pants and would highly recommend them if you have long legs!

I ordered these pants because my regular scrub pants were starting to get really uncomfortable every time I sat down - even with the drawstring completely untied! I like these pants a lot. The fabric is really soft and the color holds up to multiple washings. There are only two reasons why I didn't give them 5 stars. First, there is no option to get them in a petite size, so if you are 5'4" (like me) or shorter, you are going to have to get them hemmed or be tripping over them. It seems such a waste to pay to have them hemmed when I'm only gonna be wearing them for a few months, but I also don't want to trip and fall on my face! The second thing is that the stretchy cloth that covers your belly and holds up the pants is a little loose and slides down over time. Not horrible, but slightly annoying because, after walking around for a while, you have to stop and pull your pants up. I considered sending them back for a smaller size, due to this issue, but they fit really nicely otherwise, and I'd rather have them a bit loose than too tight. Maybe as my belly gets really huge (I'm seven months pregnant right now), this will no longer be an issue, but I don't know yet. LIke I said, a couple of minor issues, but otherwise a really good product!

I am 15 weeks pregnant and bought these because I'm starting to look like a summer sausage in my regular scrubs. I bought my pre-pregnancy size (large) and they seem really big. I might have wanted to buy a size down... but I'm hoping I grow into them. I washed them on hot and dried them extra dry to see if they'd shrink and they did a little but not much. So far I, besides being a little big, I like them a lot. They are VERY comfortable and stretchy. I expect them to be comfortable throughout my pregnancy. All in all, I have no complaints about quality or comfort. I will try to remember to update this review when I near the end of my pregnancy to say if I grew into them or should have bought a smaller size. Edit: At 28 weeks I have grown into these scrubs and I am happy with the size I bought.

I went back and forth debating on purchasing these due to the mixed reviews. I'm 5'9" and Cherokee brand are the only scrubs I wear. For me the fit and length (in tall) is most flattering in the drawstring flare style. My pre-pregnancy scrub size is XS but being 7 months pregnant I've obviously grown. I decided to purchase XS and S...the length is great and that's about it. The XS are most flattering in the leg area but the panel is a little snug and the crotch is actually a little too short - the belly panel is sewn funny so I have to wear a longer top in the front to cover it. They are becoming uncomfortable to sit in. The S is HUGE in the leg, like wide-leg pants. But at this point the belly panel is more comfortable. So I'm stuck in between sizes but will soon wear only the S. I wish Cherokee had made these like the original drawstring flare but just added a belly panel. They would have been much better that way! Bottom line is...if you're like me and length is likely the most important feature of scrub pants and you are a Cherokee fan, these may be the best you can find. I tried other brands but they were all too short (even in tall length.) But don't expect to feel super cute in these - I end up pairing mine with long maternity tees and cute scrub jackets to balance out the awkwardness of the pants!!

I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and officially reached the stage in my first pregnancy where my regular scrubs, despite their elastic waistbands, DO NOT FIT comfortably anymore. After seeing the pictures, and reading the positive reviews here, I decided to spend what I would say is an OBSCENE amount of money for a single pair of scrub pants and try a pair of these. When I got the pair in the mail and took them out of the package they looked huge! The legs are like stovepipes, and wide!! The length, a bit on the short side (I am 5'7). The BIGGEST issue with these is how the front seams lie, the belly band scoops down in a semi-V like shape, creating a poof, or pouching of material right in the front crouch area. It makes me look like I am sporting an erection, or wearing a pair of MC Hammer pants!!! The band is NOT supportive AT ALL, in fact, just wearing them for 2 minutes, I had to keep hiking the things up. I normally wear a pre-pregnancy medium, sometimes large, so I assumed with my growing belly, these would fit, guess I was wrong. I have no idea WHAT I will be wearing to work now, but it sure as heck won't be these!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

I initially bought these in size Small at 22 weeks (belly 38 inches, hips 41 inches), and they fit perfectly. However only 2 weeks later the thighs were too tight, and it may be because I am more of a pear shape. Shrank a tiny bit in the wash as well. So then I bought them in medium which are very roomy right now (at 25 weeks) but I think I will grow into them. If you have smaller thighs I would recommend the small. I am 5’6” and length is fine with Dansko clogs, after washing. Also, NOTE: there are three different Cherokee maternity scrub pants on amazon - these “knit waist” ones are the most comfy (I tried them all).

People don't seem to realize that they exist. I went to my MD appointment on the way to work one day, and my pregnant OB didn't know that they made maternity scrubs. I agree that they run a little on the large side, so if you're like me and run between sizes depending on the brand, get the smaller size. They are also on the long side (I'm 5'5 and had to get them hemmed). This seems to be the case for all scrubs that I buy though. These are so comfortable. I could not stand to wear a normal pair of scrubs and have them cutting into my belly or falling off under my belly every time I sat down.

I purchased these pants in hopes that they would fit better than simply wearing regular scrub pants tied below my belly. Yes, they are more comfortable but the fit just doesn't work for my figure. Normally I am a size small in scrubs and am 5'4", I ordered the xs petite due to reviews saying that they run big as well as long. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and they are still too big in the belly. The legs fit fine but the front of the pants below the belly band are still much too big and leave and ugly "pooch" in the fabric, just where you don't want it. Also, the belly band is a strange size. It doesn't cover the belly but also isn't just a wide comfortable band that sits mostly below the stomach, it sits right in the middle of the belly and shows through tops. Overall, these were a waste of money for me, I am back to wearing my regular scrub pants which look a lot better.

These pants are comfy. They're a little on the big side and the pants legs are very wide. If I order more, I'll order down a size

These are super comfortable and I love them! I'm am typically a size 14-16 or L-XL and I ordered medium and they fit perfectly so for sure order a size down

Obviously this will be too big if your belly hasn't come in yet. I started wearing these when I was nearing the end of my second trimester. The fabric is soft and breathable. Felt really comfortable. If you want to know the fit, I'm roughly 5ft

Soy talla 34 en Mexico o mediana en scrubs y me quedo un poco grande, es cero strech, la tela es como de algodón fresca, pero no estira nada, así que viene amplio, tengo apenas 21 semanas así que pienso que más adelante me quedara muy bien
