The item arrived very promptly but I was surprised that, given the price, it arrived in a plain grey box rather than one with a logo or indication of brand. There was no installation guide so I had to use reviews from other buyers for tips. There was also no receipt. It is too soon to know how good the item will be but I am currently not too impressed.

Smarter bathroom
Easy to fit and it's great to have use of a shower again. Flow not great but what do you expect from a hand-held device? Pity there's no rubber ring around the shower head but the one from my old shower head fits OK and does the job.
