This product has helped me considerably with my bowel movements and has also provided me with digestive support. My favorite feature is the blue hue that it's given to my protein shakes. I am pleased with this product and look forward to making a second purchase in the near future.It doesn't have a noticeable taste.

Its was great it just stained more than expected

I do like this product but the little scoop is hard to get out of the powder without making a mess. I ended up cutting the corner of a Ziploc bag and I put the end of the scoop in that corner and just loop it through a rubber band around the container. It's been working late.
