What is a good carrier oil to use with this?

We love to use fractionated coconut oil. It's lite and spreads well.

Is there any difference between this and the deep blue muscle rub? Besides being an oil instead of a cream of course.

Oil is my preference. It’s more concentrated. I don’t add the coconut oil to my mixture. And some do because it is too strong being concentrated for them. I often apply the Deep Blue cream on also afterwards if I’m needing to as well.
