Works and fits perfectly on my Elite Pro 2 Controller
I can’t confirm whether or not these are OEM from Microsoft, but they fit perfectly in my Elite Series 2 Core controller that didn’t come with extras. Great value at $10 and way cheaper than buying them from any box store. I can confirm they’re metal, they connect fine with the controller’s magnets and they work great.

Indistinguishable from OEM Xbox
So I happen to mix this setup with my OEM versions and I could not tell the difference. I literally don't know which ones were the OEM and which ones were the aftermarket. Needless to say the OEM worked flawlessly so these do as well
