I love this product. I threw my back out and I was in extreme pain and this machine worked wonders. I am back to my normal self and it’s great for cramps. It’s worth the money and the battery life is amazing. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a pink one and I got sent the white one which is the only reason I’m giving this product a 4 star rating other then that I love this little machine.

Smaller than I realized and it is hard on top and soft of the belly side. Many of easy to use setting options.

AMAZING takes long to charge but so worth it. I charged it before school and wore it to class. i only felt my cramps when i turned it off. 100% would buy again. I also didn’t think the vibration would be useful but it definitely is. I like my regular heating pad to be at the maximum temperature , but it gets SO HOT i can barely handle the second level. and it is perfectly discreet under baggy clothes. Thank you to this company ! you are a life saver !

As the mother of two teenage daughters, one of the biggest complaints I hear about is monthly cramps. I purchased these as Christmas gifts for them to help alleviate some of their discomfort during the month.The heat feature is primarily why I purchased, but the vibration feature is a very nice touch. I'm not sure exactly how long the battery lasts, but there is a convenient type C charging port for easy recharge. There are several vibrations setting, and it easily stays in place with a handy elastic belt. There are preset times (1, 2, 3 hours) after which it will automatically turn off.The primary use is advertised as helping with cramps, but it truly works anywhere to which you can fasten the belt. So, it's great for lower back discomfort as well. I suppose if the belt tightened enough, it could be used for legs also. I'm unsure how far the belt will tighten, though.Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase and I wish I'd bought myself one also.

It definitely gets hot lol but doesn’t stay charged at all even with a full charge u only get about 1.5 hours of use before it dies when it clearly has a 3hour setting
