Update: Excellent customer service- just email them.
Update: I contacted the seller about my issue and they were very courteous and quick to send a replacement switch. Zero hassle! The new one works just as advertised. I've left my original feedback below. It worked just as advertised for the first month and a half of use. I would go back and forth between the ps4 (which is plugged directly into the tv) and my Switch or steam link. Worked just fine. Now, the power indicator light is on, but the device is unresponsive to input from either the face buttons (won't turn off or switch channels) or the remote. With this device being one of the best reviewed on the market, I doubt I'm going to buy another one.

4kx2k@60hz works fine!
This is a solid little unit with a metal housing, feels good so hopefully it lasts a while. It works perfectly for 4k signals and puts out 60hz fine. My only annoyance so far is that if the source is outputting at 1080p sometimes the switch wont detect the signal until i switch to a different input and then back again, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker in any way, it could simply be the format that my pc is putting out for 1080p is just outside the range of this switch.

Stopped working after 4 months
Stopped working after 4 months. A green light is on indicating input 1, but none of the buttons work and the remote doesn't work anymore. I'll need to see about warranty service on this.

Worked well...for a year and a half.
Did its job well, until it stopped working. Given that I didn't even get 2 years out of this thing, despite the cheap price point I'll still look for a different unit.

Wouldn't pass through any signal to my TV successfully, until I used the right cable
This is a little bit of a review, but also a cautionary tale. This switch didn't work right out of the box. I connected a blu ray player, Nintendo Switch, and my satellite receiver through the 3x1 I bought. It wouldn't pass through the Switch or Blu Ray player signal at all. The light on the switch would go on showing it was picking up the signal from the correct device, but it wouldn't pass it through to the TV. The only signal that sort of went through was the satellite receiver. With that, it would start to show a signal for a split second, before I then got a message on my screen about the signal being poor or the incorrect format or some such thing. At that point I was too frustrated with it and just put it back in the box. Then I realized a few days later that the description of the item on Amazon states that you must use an HDMI 2.0 cable. I had even ordered some when I ordered the switch, and forgot all about it. I tried the switch again today, using an HDMI 2.0 cable I recently bought instead of an older HDMI cable I had been using, between the switch and the TV. Lo and behold the blu ray player and satellite receiver signals went through just fine with the 2.0 cable from the switch to the TV. I am still using older HDMI cables from the blu ray and satellite to the switch, but that doesn't seem to matter. I will likely upgrade the cables to 2.0 HDMI anyway, just to be on the safe side.So far I gave it 3 stars because of the initial trouble I had with it, even though it is partly my fault for forgetting the 2.0 HDMI cable requirement. I don't recall it being prominently displayed on or in the box for the switch, or I would have realized my mistake sooner. I also am a little disappointed that you can't turn off the auto-switching of the device. I don't generally anticipate having more than one of the devices I'm running through the switch on at the same time, so it shouldn't be an issue for now, but I am concerned if I plug something into the switch later that sends a signal through the HDMI even when off or on stand-by, it could cause problems with the auto-sensing feature of the switch. I may change my mind on the rating in the future as I use the switch more and don't experience any problems with it.

Works like a charm. Simple and easy to use.
This worked perfectly for my needs. It connected to my 1080p tv without issue and showed a crystal clear picture. All of my cords are safely and beautifully in my cabinet. It switches between the two inputs I have connected quickly and without issue. Colors look brilliant and accurate. However, I am unable to test the 4k capabilities at this time, as my new television has not arrived as of yet. I will update my review upon the arrival and testing with my new television.

Worked as expected.
I bought this so that I had a way to hookup my PS2 and dvd/vcr to my 4k tv that has only 3 hdmi ports.
