Just absolutely spectacular. I’ve never been so blown away in a healthy snack. Like seriously, this stuff is delicious. It’s texture, the rich peanut butter taste, the clean and simple ingredients, and most importantly the impact this company chooses to make on others lives. Just a spectacular brand. Give these a try.

I have purchased these a couple times now. I also tried the variety pack. All the flavors have been great, but the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip is my favorite. I prefer them cold from the fridge. With the job I have, I never know when I will be able to eat a meal. These are a great grab and go for a busy shift! The protein keeps me full and the taste is amazing. Best of all there is no soy, which I am allergic to. Perfect bar for me!!!!

These are absolutely wonderful!! I love the simple ingredients. Great taste and quality. The texture is amazing, it was like eating cookie dough. The chocolate chips are semi sweet and melt in your mouth like butter. Felt like I was having a treat without messing with my diet or having the sugar crash later. My kids love these too! I had to get an extra box to hide for myself!

These are ridiculously good. They are that bit of sweetness that I want as a snack or even at the end of the day thats infinitely healthier than an actual cookie (because who only has one cookie, maybe one giant cookie). The bar itself is softer. It's not a crunchy energy bar, so if you like softer baked cookies, you're going to love these. Most protein bars with this much protein taste like....a gritty, gross protein bar. This actually tastes like a chewy chocolate chip cookie. I don't find these to be the most filling, they should be with 10g of protein but as a lactating momma of 2 I'm constantly starving and this is the healthiest and easiest way I've been able to get my sweetness fix with plenty of protein to help keep me full. Add a glass of milk and I'm content.

So many protein bars have ingredients you can't even pronounce and are super high in calories not to mention they really don't taste very good. Kize, on the other hand, has only a few ingredients, nothing artificial and taste delish. My personal favs are the Peanut Butter Honey and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. They're great for a quick snack when you're headed out the door or just to tide you over until dinner. And, at 200 or so calories, they don't break the calorie bank.

These are my new favorite protein bar!! I was looking for a new brand, and I love that these contain egg white protein to increase my protein intake with meals, yet they are not super gooey like other date-based bars. I love that the ingredients are clean and simple without soy, seed oils, corn syrup, preservatives, and other additives and fillers. I have a pretty high list of requirements for my ideal protein bar, and this seems to fill it! I was also looking for something with peanut butter, because I get evening cravings for peanut butter and sweets, and these bars with peanut and chocolate chips are an absolutely delicious alternative to cookies and less-healthy desserts. I like the taste better than other brands. I bought these for convenient extra protein while traveling, and loved them so much I bought another box for regular use at home.

These KiZE Energy Bars (Cookie Dough flavor) have become one of my go-to bars! They’re seriously delicious — the flavor is like a treat but with all the clean ingredients I can actually feel good about eating. I love that they’re gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and non-GMO, and I can pronounce every ingredient on the label (which is rare these days!). They’re the perfect quick snack or meal replacement when I’m on the go, and I really appreciate the balance of 10g of protein with real ingredients like peanut butter, almond butter, honey, and dates. You can tell there’s nothing artificial in them. If you like cookie dough flavor and want something clean and satisfying, these are a total win. I’ll definitely be ordering these again!

Delicious and Healthy. It scored a 3 on my Junk Food Meter, which rates foods from 0 (unprocessed) to 10 (ultra-processed). It indicates the level of food processing in the ingredients; most of the ingredients in the KiZE Brownie Batter Bar are minimally processed, and a score of 3 is good, you don't feel guilty eating it. Great News! I'll keep buying this for a quick meal replacement when I'm on the run.
