Works great as an isolation relay for a time delay module with voltage leakage problems. Relay fits snugly to socket so no worries about vibration causing relay to become unseated. Comes with short piece of DIN rail and mounting screws, along with relay retainer spring. Coil LED is bright red with 24VAC applied. Shipped in handy little case. They only thing I would note is whoever created the terminal diagram is completely confused. The relay socket uses a standard terminal layout.

Great little relays for many projects rated at 10A contact. DPDT. I got the 24vac coil for a RV thermostat conversion. With these i am converting my Coleman Mach roof a/c and suburban floor heater so i can use a residential style thermostat. A RV uses a 12v system and unless the thermostat is battery operated it can’t be used in the situation and definitely won’t have WiFi capability. I am using a Honeywell Redlink for my personal preference but these relays would allow you to use Nest or Ecobee or Sensi If you desire. Now my project like I said may only work for the basic Coleman unit.

I made this convoluted wifi add-on for my dumb sprinkler controller, which this relay is a part of. I needed a 24V AC relay so that I can detect the sprinkler is on or not (albeit only one zone). I did not use the DIN rail that came with it, rather the spade connector directly to the terminals. I managed to broke off one of the terminals so I soldered the wire directly to the short remaining end. As to which terminals to use - you can see how this relay operates from the side, an advantage of having clear plastic cover, to figure out whether you want NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open). I even used the plastic box that came with it as an enclosure. Pretty satisfied with this relay.

I needed this 24vac relay to isolate my new smart thermostat from the 24 volt at the furnace. I added a 24vac transformer so I didn't need power from the furnace. It worked perfectly. I loved having the indicator light so I could use the smart thermostat app from the basement and watch the relay light go on and off. The DIN rail made it easy to mount the relay to joist. Since there are two relays in this kit and one rail you simply need to use a hacksaw to cut it in half then you can use the other relay somewhere else.

Update: correct replacement parts arrived in 24 hours! Wow! Product looks good. Ordered 24VAC units to add a wireless thermostat to a fireplace. Received 24VDC units. Items were shipped in a Amazon bag, not a padded one. The clear case for the units was damaged and the wire clamps to secure the relays to the base were missing. Replacement units are on the way. Hope to to get the correct ones. Project will need to wait...

This is my profession and I will gladly use these again as a general purpose relay. The title is misleading, make sure your load is under 10 amp. There are other specifications for HP also.

These are standard relays. I used them as isolation relays for my heating system with my Oil Burner. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and the DIN rail piece was perfect to allow me to mount these to the wall.
