Seems legit to me. Reduces soreness after heavy lifting sessions significantly if taken properly (1 scoop three times spaced out in a day). Overall great price for the amount. Solid.

this is the third time that I have ordered this product. I like it because I don’t have any side effects from it and there is no odor. It’s pretty tasteless. I use it in combination with creatine. I also like the price.

The powder is more cost effective than capsules, and this format is easier to get the last bit of powder out of than a bottle of powder were for my big hands. But, you'll want to make sure you're getting vitmain D3, either from you multi vitamin, or from a stand-alone D3 product. I do, so all I needed was the HMB.

It's exactly what it says on the tin, just HMB with no fillers. The price is good and as long as you don't have unrealistic expectations about what HMB can do, it works just fine. I personally use two scoops plus a separate electrolyte powder in 20oz of water. It's virtually tasteless and I get no stomach issues. The one problem I have though is with the package. The material itself is fine, it seems high quality and I didn't have issues with it ripping or the zipper not closing. But the shape of it is terrible. After using up the first half of the bag, every time I want to get a scoop I have to grip the scooper between my pointer and middle fingers and try to jam my hand down the bag. It's highly annoying. I'm not sure why they decided to make it like this; all they need to do is just make the bag a little bit shorter and a little bit wider.

Very pungent odor that lingers on anything it touches, odor is very foul to me and can change the taste of a drink when adding more than 1 gram worth. Smells subtlety like booty cheeks after gym class. Effective for recovery, to prevent muscle breakdown and encourage protein synthesis. Also having some benefits for the liver as well. Tastes like it smells 🥲

Vincent bought this to go with his protein and creatine shake and it has helped immensely with post workout fatigue. Vince also uses ff products regularly and finds this to be another great addition in the toolbox for the aging male. On another note if the ziplock annoys you like some of the reviewers complain about you can very easily transfer the contents into a mason jar or something similar.. problem solved. Don’t let the packaging deter you from buying, man up boys you’ll be happy you did.

This is a 5 star product. The powder is micronized for easy mixing and ingestion and absorption into the body. Just mix vigorously with 8 oz. of water for thirty seconds. I use a long tea spoon myself. Little to no taste. Nothing to get your panties in a wad about. Good value for the money. Be prepared for a very tiny scoop. But rest assured that it’s in there. I will definitely keep buying this product and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.
