Back pain brought me here and problem solved
Back and neck pain isn't anything new for me, I've experienced it for years and it has been getting worse. I bought the most expensive Sealys memory foam pillow for $200 and figured that had to help right? The quality was amazing but the height is 6.5 inches high so the placement of my neck from the bed while sleeping on my back gave me incredible neck pain that I had to go to the ER for. Once I figured out my mistake it brought me here. On the first night I was still in bad pain in my neck and overall my entire back from the last year of using that pillow, but laying down it immediately felt incredible. It was almost like a release of tension in my back and neck due to the height but the memory foam comfort is amazing. You might think thin would be a really slim piece of foam but it is very quality that doesn't run hot, as I'm someone who sweats a lot. After a week of use my back felt incredible, I have lower back pain daily for over 10 years and haven't felt it since. It might seem like it's hyperbole but after I did some research and asking doctors you would be surprised how much a bad mattress and/or pillow can mess up your alignment and back. The pillow case I absolutely love because it's bamboo and very light, it says it wicks moisture(different than waterproof for the heavy sweaters), but most importantly it's soft and comfortable. The issue I think I'll have right away is I didn't notice that they sell extra pillow cases, and one isn't going to be enough for me, or anyone who sweats. The pillowcase starts to lightly stain up if you have anything in your hair like grease or sweat, and it seems you have to wash it a lot sooner than usual. And since you have to air dry this and not rush the drying process I definitely need a second. All in all, I had another slim pillow in my cart that was cheaper, but decided my body was too important to go the cheap route. I'm glad I spent the money on this. I can't speak for everyone but if you're suffering from any sort of consistent back pain and you've been using a pillow either too tall or with no structure I would highly recommend this.

Tremendously improved my sleep quality!
For years, I was never comfortable with any of the basic pillow styles offered in stores. "Soft" options never gave enough support, and even "medium" options often pushed my neck up to an uncomfortable angle. Finally, after a night where I got exactly one hour of sleep due to my neck being so uncomfortable on the pillow I had, I ordered this in desperation. It took a few nights to get used to, which I suppose was the time it took for my neck to get back into alignment, but after those first few nights, I came to adore this pillow! It neither pushes my head up nor lets it sink down -- it keeps it in a straight line with my shoulders, which is wonderful. I get such good sleep now, and rarely wake up in the middle of the night. To tell the truth, I actually look forward to getting into bed each night, because I know I will have such a comfortable place to lay my head. I recommend using a silk pillowcase for extra comfort and softness. A few things to note: As I said above, it might take a few nights to get used to the pillow, especially if you haven't slept on memory foam before. But if you experience this, my suggestion is not to give up! Just give it a little while, and if you're like me, your body will get back into alignment soon. Additionally, because the pillow is low, it's sometimes easy to get your shoulders up on top of the pillow when you first lay down, which will cause your head to tilt toward it. (The pillow is meant to be at the same height as the shoulders, so if the shoulders are on top of it, that messes up your alignment.) So just make sure that it is well up above your shoulder line when you lay down, and you should be fine. So overall, I really recommend this pillow. It is one of the best purchases I have made in recent memory, and has really improved the comfort and quality of my sleep. If you also have trouble with "standard" pillow sizes, give this one a try. I think you'll be glad that you did!

Amazing thin pillow
I just love this pillow so much. I’ve had it for over a year now and it feels just the same as when I got it. It took me so long to find a pillow that was thin enough for me. This one is perfect. It’s just the right size for me and has held its shape and smushiness. I finally remembered to write a review today because a friend asked our group chat if anyone loves their pillow and I was the only one to say yes. If you’re looking for a great thin pillow - get this one.

For you stomach sleepers
So far so good. As a stomach sleeper. I haven't had any neck issues. And sometimes I'll sleep with my arm under my head and pillow. And haven't had any shoulder pain. It does have coolness. But doesn't last long. Quality is good. Haven't bought a pillow case for it. I think it's worth the money. Pillow holds it shape. Time will tell if it will last

Pros: Great support and versatility. Cons: Some may find it too firm.
Out of the box, the pillow looks quite wrinkled which is normal since it comes rolled up. The wrinkles disappeared after a couple of hours. I also didn't notice any foul odor when first opening which meant I could use it immediately. When it comes to comfort, this pillow offers great support as it is firm, yet squishy. It also feels premium. Maybe the most surprising and awesome quirk about this pillow, is that it allows me to rest my arm under it without making my arm go asleep! This means I can use my arm to adjust height for extra support when sleeping sideways or on the stomach if needed. This makes this pillow extremely versatile, as it makes sleeping in any position viable, even side sleeping. I have had amazing sleep with this pillow without having any neck issues. Other than that, this pillow is definitely on the heavy side and not everyone might be a fan of it's firmness. Also, I didn't find this pillow difficult to maneuver as it didn't require constantly making adjustments to it in order get comfortable. I like that it's flexible so you can easily create an "L" shape where you can lay down with your head upright which makes watching TV when laying easier and more comfortable. The only time I found the pillow a bit too firm was sleeping on my back a couple of times. However, this went away quickly and now it feels squishy and comfortable in every position. So do I recommend this pillow? Absolutely! The only exception would be if you really can't stand anything but super soft pillows. From personal experience, I have tried Bluewave 2.25" pillow and that was too soft for me to offer proper support and my head felt like it was sinking in the mattress. I don't have any such issues with this Blissbury pillow though. Considering you will likely be using a pillow every night for years, I think the value here is great. Edit: Since the time of the review, I've also had a chance to use the the 2.2" version and I would not recommend that size. It doesn't offer the same amount of comfort and support and feels like an entirely different pillow. 2.6" is the way to go IMO. Additionally, I've also noticed that the pillow cover that comes with the 2.6" tends to shrink a bit when washing, which makes the pillow fit more snug inside it causing the pillow to be slightly thicker. For this reason, you may want to use a separate pillow cover which can accommodate the full size of the pillow if you don't want the slight added thickness. Personally I use a separate pillow cover for this pillow now for that reason, although some may prefer the slight added thickness.

Can I Trust this Pillow to Replace My Admittedly Old, Gross but Comfy One? Well, Yes, Yes I Can!
I am a creature of habit, and when I really love something, it’s hard for me to part with it even if it’s in tatters… Welcome to my pillow nightmares! I’ve known for a while that my pillow needed to be replaced as it’s been horribly pilling, the fabric is almost worn down and washing it for the zillionth time was going to be its last straw, but, oh, how perfect it felt! It really dawned on me that a replacement was a must when we spent a few days at our friend’s home and they had an assortment of pillows in their guesthouse to choose from - I THOUGHT I loved the Purple Pillow the best, so I ordered four of those for our home while we were there, but alas, those threw my spine all out of whack… I pawned them all off to my husband and son to use, and it luckily turns out that they actually work for them - I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m much smaller than they are, so the Purple was too high for me even at its lowest height and since I’m also a side sleeper, my head was raised too high - it was hard to fall asleep and when I awoke, my neck and back hurt. Anyway, I tried a few other highly regarded brands, and NOTHING fit the bill. See, my pillow is so flat and precisely molded to how I sleep, that I was convinced that nothing out of the package was going to mimic what took years and many washes to recreate… Then I saw an ad on Instagram for flat pillows, which I had no idea existed. I have that one on order, but in the meantime, I thought I’d jump on Amazon to see what their selection of flat pillows was like so I can get one earlier, maybe even love it, but at least be able to compare (we have an obscene collection of pillows at this point, so why not add more?!) it to the one that is on order. Long story longer, I purchased this pillow and another one off of Amazon called, EliteRest, and that one feels like a little thicker and harder version of my Lululemon yoga mat, so that’s a big nope, so I tried this Blissbury last night… I have to admit I had little hope in it when I first unfurled it from its bag as one of the sides was crushed, kinda like my heart at that point, but I worked it out with my hands and let it lay on a flat surface for 24 hours - I did, however, listen to advice in these reviews to NOT fluff it in the dryer like they suggest, which I’m SO glad I did! Come bedtime, I had it all ready to go, but my old pillow was on standby, as it’s been with every pillow trial, but this time, I did not grab it to switch it out overnight (if I feel an ounce of pain, I stop using pillows right away now, instead of torturing myself to “try to get used to it” for a few nights.) Anyway, I’m actually okay with the Blissbury because it’s the perfect height (dare I say better than my old one?!) and just soft enough, but better yet, it does conform a bit to your head and arm (if like me, you slide your arm underneath your pillow to cradle your head) which I did not think was a possibility until many, many uses and washes. It is heavier than my old pillow, but that’s really more of something that I won’t even notice, soon, but other than that, it actually exceeds my trusty, well-serving pillow, and I’m happy to say that I LOVE it! I’m going to purchase a few more, and leave one to solely pack for our many trips as hotel pillows are my very own personal hell - at least I now won’t have to worry if they will have a flatter one or have to suffer the ones that make me feel like I’m suffocating. If you are wondering if I’ll hold onto my old, faithful pillow, the answer is yes, but I doubt I’ll have to use it again… Bottom line is, especially if you are petite, a side sleeper and/or just prefer a flat pillow, this is the one - after probably over a thousand dollars later, and many night of lost sleep, I found this inexpensive one that checks all the boxes wonderfully. A good night’s sleep is priceless, so the journey was worth every cent, but let me help you to not have to go through all of that by just advising you to purchase this one! I’ve done all the work for ya! Enjoy, and have a good night again with the aid of a Blissbury!

Amazing Pillow
I recently purchased the Blissbury Stomach Pillow, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As someone who often sleeps on their stomach, finding a suitable pillow has always been a challenge. Traditional pillows usually elevate my head too much, leading to neck strain and discomfort. The Blissbury Stomach Pillow addresses this issue perfectly. Its unique design features a low-profile structure that provides just the right amount of support without propping my head up excessively. The memory foam feels soft yet supportive, molding to the shape of my head and neck, which has significantly improved my sleep quality. Another aspect I love is its breathable cover. The material feels cool against my skin, even during warmer nights, which adds to the overall comfort. Plus, the pillow is hypoallergenic, which is a great bonus for those with allergies. In terms of maintenance, the removable cover is easy to wash, which is a huge plus for keeping it fresh and clean. While I was initially skeptical about the pricing, after using it, I can confidently say that it’s worth the investment for a better night’s sleep. Overall, the Blissbury Stomach Pillow has been a game-changer for me. If you’re a stomach sleeper struggling with neck or back pain, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try! It's made a noticeable difference in my sleep routine.

Pillow is awesome, pillow case is horrible
This pillow has been great. I'd never tried a thin pillow before and I feel it's greatly reduced neck pain for me and has good support. It's thick enough that I can sleep comfortably without my neck being at too much of an angle. However, the pillow case is horrible. I've had this for less than 60 days and it's already falling apart. The material has become stringy and I find it stuck to my head in the morning and you can now stick your fingers into the holes that have appeared. I keep my head shaved. Maybe that contributes to the failure of the pillow case, but either way, it should last more than 2 months.
