V. Impressed 1st application made a huge difference to brightness of my teeth. Other strips used in the past, I hv needed a couple of days use before noticing colour change before a night out.

I have used other brands in the past so will use them as a comparison. I found these to be far less adhesive to the teeth and bearing in mind you use them for 20-40 minutes per day, it is a long time to have to hold them in place keeping your mouth closed (my wife has never kept her mouth closed for that long!) I persisted and yes they did offer a level of whitening on the teeth, but if you are serious about using this type of product I would recommend spending a little more for ease of use. These were the cheapest brand I could find and unfortunatly the quality matched the price.

Use these carefully and you will get the results you are after.
These work and work well. They don't stick as well as some other brands I've tried but they worked none the less. Some tips. Dry your teeth with some paper or a cloth immediately before applying, adheres better. When applying make sure its not covering any of your gum, be carefull between the teeth. I start with top and bring it down a few mm from top of tooth. They are strong and will burn your gum if in contact for too long. If you feel an increasing localised stinging during treatment, stop and go check and adjust. Ignoring it will leave you with a painful white sore that takes a few days to heal. Don't brush roughly immediately after as whitening can temporarily soften surface enamel. Swish water and very light brush to remove. Use these carefully and you will get the results you are after.
