Difficult to prep, or I should should say very time consuming
This product Takes time and a lot of effort. It has a good flavor but allow a week to Get it to a useful point.

wild caught is better
It takes forever to soften the sea cucumber in the water, but patience gets paid. The only problem is the internal yellow stuff, maybe these are the intestine which I am not sure. These yellow things tasteless and annoying. The second time, I remove the yellow things with a knife, but it is impossible to remove all of them. Overall, I like it. These are wild caught. The ones that I bought from Chinese grocery have a rubbery taste, which I do not like at all.
